Having had some bad experiences with other companies over postal samples, and yes from this company too in the past, we were a bit nervous about reordering from Hasu Diagnostics again.
I have to say they have improved so much !
I will definitely choose them again in the future !!
My first phone call was answered and I was given really good advice. I wanted to order a postal sample for a Fit to Fly, as we were leaving on a Monday. I was told that I had to take a swab test within 72 hours of leaving, so on the Saturday or Sunday.
They advised that I book their £74 Express service at their Slough site, instead, as the postal sample would never have arrived on time.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly there. They help you to register yourself online and show you how to access your results later. Everything went smoothly and I got my results the same night.
I'm glad that I took their advice. Good price and excellent service. 5 Star from me this time and will recommend to family and friends.

I had to fly out last week and I used this company again, because of their affordable prices.
Spoke to a nice man on the phone, who helped me, when I had mistakenly booked a day 2 test. He showed great patience, refunded me and then helped me, through the online booking process in their customer service.
The staff at the medical centre were so kind and helpful.
I paid for an express service for £74 and got my results the same night, via their new results portal. It was so easy and stress free. They explain everything to you, before you leave. I even got an email confirmation to tell me, my results were ready!
Hasu Diagnostics performs well above the standards of other companies I’ve used recently. It’s good this place is so close to Heathrow.
Definitely recommend booking a test at their site. There’s ample free parking.

Excellent service every time I have used this company for a fit to fly Covid PCR test. On site staff are polite and helpful, customer services have been quick to respond to email and have happily refunded bookings that I have needed to change. Results have always arrived ahead of schedule. Prices are very, very competitive too. Based on my personal experience, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

What an incredible service again! Extremely kind and professional staff always happy to help. I cannot recommend this company enough! Their customer care went above and beyond. I paid for a regular pcr test however my test did not get to them Monday morning like it was supposed to. They ensured that I got another test kit and processed it first thing in the morning to ensure I made my flight. I will definitely be using this company again.

Excellent and very friendly centre. I have used them twice and the last time, I had an emergency travel situation. They were able to respond immediately and took all the stress and worry out of my travel.

Even though I had to drive 40 minutes, they were the only centre that guaranteed results in 3-6 hours (most centres when you read the small print of the quick tests have a disclaimer saying guaranteed in 12-24hrs).

Cant recommend enough!
