Very nice and clean facility. The staff was very patient and caring especially the front desk girl. I left my rx at home and had to call my primary to send them. It took a while for my doctor office to fax them over, but the front desk girl was very nice and patient as well as helpful. The ladies who did my ct scan and mammogram was also very nice and informative. I will definitely visit again for any of my future needs and also will recommend others as well. Thanks you to the staff of Baptist Health diagnostic center Wellington!

Excellent experience. Each person who I met from the admission staff to the technicians who performed the mammogram and the bone density were prompt, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I choose to come to this location every year. They are great!

Arrived early, was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and processed for my appointment. I barely got comfortable in the immaculately clean waiting area before I was taken back for my appointment. So far, so good and I would recommend based upon the friendly staff and clean facility.

The facility was nice & technicians were knowledgeable but the mammogram imaging machine stopped working after first & second images. The third scan was done 3 times and still not able captured image. Finally, the technician decided it was machine reading error. So I had to wait till the technician rebooted and then 2 others images was taken.
Mammogram tests by itself are not great and machines not working, rebooting & reworking the same image, only make the experience even harder. I have been using Bethesda facility for several years now & first time seeing this happen. Hope writing the review will help fix the issues.
