I immediately fell in love with APRN Candy.
SHE CARES! Something I’ve been looking for in a OB office for a long time. I wasn’t a rushed out patient. I was seen and spoken to like a real human and was cared for with patience. What an honor to be going through my second child’s pregnancy here with this office.

They were sending emails for the bill before medicare processes or before any issue is resolved with medicare. How convenient! Some elderly would pay and then skip expenses some where else. Shame on them.

the billing service they use MYBILLDOC is less than proficient. They submitted claims to Medicare with UNSPECIFIED reason for the diagnostic test. Medicare automatically denies all unspecified code tests. The phone number they provide on the submission to medicare was also incorrect as it is a disconected number
