I recently completed my 6 PRP treatments over the past 7 months with Mr. Mohamed Abbas, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he has been nothing short of excellent. He is an incredibly polite and professional doctor who clearly has extensive knowledge about what he does.

What stood out most to me was his friendly demeanour—he made every session feel comfortable and reassuring. He took the time to explain the process and answered any questions I had with patience and expertise.

If you’re looking for someone who combines skill, professionalism, and a genuinely caring attitude, I can’t recommend Mr. Mohamed Abbas enough. The results speak for themselves, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Akeel Alisa and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and adhered to all safety protocols, which immediately put me at ease.

Dr. Alisa took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and made sure to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how compassionate and attentive they were throughout the appointment. The level of expertise and genuine care provided was truly exceptional.

I was referred to this clinic and got an appointment within 48 hours, something they promise on their website. Thank you to the friendly and informative staff members for all you did today when I came in for a gastroscopy, especially Ravi de Mel, Madhu, Sanjay, Mustafa and Ahmed. They did everything they could to make me comfortable. The only thing I would say is that it would have been nice for the doctor performing the procedure to introduce himself to me. While I understand I would be under sedation and therefore would not see the doctor, it would have been nice to put a face to the name. However, apart from this minor issue, I would definitely recommend the Kensington International Clinic to others, should they need help with a medical procedure.

I had a colonoscopy today with Dr Akeel Alisa.
I chose to do it without any sedation and even though I was fully awake and aware, I did not even feel a bit of pain. He talked me through the procedure and reassured me every second and made sure I was feeling comfortable and relaxed.
From the start until the end of the procedure the staff were extremely helpful and reassuring.
I really highly recommend this clinic.
