Dr. Nguyen is legit. Period. I have been looking for a doctor like him for pretty much my lifetime. It's like finding a good mechanic..you never want to let him go. Dr. Nguyen is so knowledgeable about everything medicine, including alternative therapies (which is HUGE for me). Hard to find in an MD. I am so grateful Spirit lead me to him. It's a relief actually. Stoked to have him as my primary care physician for the rest or my life!

Today was my first time going to this practice. The experience was great. Everyone working there was helpful, inviting and compassionate. Both front desk and checkout desk employees were kind, informative and easy to talk to. The nurse Tia (I believe that was her name)that took to my room was very professional and made me feel at ease. She was thorough in her preliminary questions and answered all questions I had. My nurse practitioner, Bonnie Morales, was amazing. She was super easy to talk with, very professional and had a genuine concern for my health. All around, one of the best experiences I've had at a doctors office. I hope I got names correct in my review bc every individual I talked with deserves 5 stars. Thank you all so much, I highly recommend making an appointment.

I had good experience with Cecilia Chandler NP here. She doesn’t rush, listens.
My parents started to be seen at this location as well. Front desk is polite. So far everything is organized. I liked how clean the facility too.

I had a great experience for my first time. Check in was easy on the ipad. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office. Wait time was not bad. Tall male tech was great to communicate and check on the waiting patients. No complaints at all. I met Collynne Tyre and let me tell you i was so happy to have met her. She’s so helpful and informative. Her vibes were friendly and made me say to myself I would definitely be back to see her.

Don’t you just love when you tell your doctor you’re having a consistent/chronic problem and instead of listen to you and prescribe you the antibiotics to fix that situation, they’re constantly giving you the runaround and insist that you have to come in for a visit every single time you have said problem, despite it being chronic and despite you ALREADY knowing what you need to solve it. And then when im calling them back and forth to get prescribed medication they’re hanging up on me because they don’t like my “attitude” towards why I’m being given the runaround instead of simply being given what I ask for because I KNOW it’s what I need to fix my problem. I would love to know if this is standard for everyone else? I thought the point of a doctors office was to fix the patients illnesses Not to continue to argue with me about what I need and why I could understand if I was requesting something addictive, IM REQUESTING ANTIBIOTICS for a reoccurring infection? You’d think this process would be simple but we just love when the doctors office makes everything difficult. I suggest finding a doctor that’ll hear you the first time, because Cecelia Chandler and the entourage of nonchalant receptionists definitely DO NOT.

Great service, very personable.

One year later, and I’m still keeping the five stars. Here’s why:

I found out I was overdue for a visit since my medication was going to run out in seven days. I contacted them. They got me an appointment booked for the next morning and said it’s OK for me to get my test later. As soon as I got my test, they prescribed the medication. I was good to go before it ran out, thanks to their flexibility and understanding.
