I had a great experience in this facility. I have no words to describe how Miriam, Claudette and Genesis treated me as a new patient and asking so many questions. At beginning, I had difficulty making appointment. But Triannis helped me. She called my doctor to request the detail order, and checked insurance for prior authorization. Very professional and thorough. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Amazing service and quality care.
I have come in twice in separate occasions, once for an Xray where Jesus the X-Ray tech took amazing care of me, answer all the questions and concerns I had as well as showed me what was found on the xray. Second time I was there was for an MRI where Triannis handled all of my insurance and approval paper work as well as quickly scheduled my MRI. During the test Sylvia was my tech and she was super friendly, gave clear precise instructions as well as made me fell comfortable in such a tight space during the entire duration of the MRI. The entire staff and all of the techs are very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and work very quickly to get you in for all of your imagine needs.

Vanessa, the technician, had amazing bedside manner. They have Saturday appointments, which was extremely convenient. Very informative to my mom who was waiting for me in the waiting room. Very great experience for something that can be stressful at times. Definitely recommend this facility.

This place is amazing, I am very pleased with this place to do my medical exams, the staff is very professional and attentive. They explained the procedure to me and treated me very respectfully. Sylvia the technique was excellent, Lisa and Triannis from the front desk were very attentive and made me feel very comfortable with my appointment. The place is very clean, tidy and they offer you coffee, water and tea! This will definitely be my place to do all my procedures.

This facility is top notch. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Triannis and Natasha are amazing! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and let you know what you can expect. Triannis offered coffee, tea and water upon arrival. I was seen at my appointment time with no wait time. The tech who performed the study, Ousama, was professional and very friendly. He was very patient and really said/did all the right things to make me feel comfortable. The facility is clean and the decor is inviting. Overall, the staff are all great! I highly recommend this facility for your diagnostic needs.

I had an appointment at 4:30 for an MRI. I needed to fast for the appointment. When arriving, the front staff said they were running an hour behind. I advised the staff that next time the patient should be notified and I would have arrived later. They did not respond. Other patients were extremely upset because they had been already waiting for hours. There were no open seats for patients to sit in. I ended up waiting almost three hours before I was seen. I had not eaten since 10 AM, due to need of fasting, and with my health issues this was not an ideal situation. It was very unprofessional and staff was not understanding.
