Our experience was a good one …. The woman at the desk was very helpful and kind …. Joseph the MRI technician was so nice to my son and myself. I don’t know sometimes what people expect!!! I took my handicapped son for an MRI in a beautiful facility in Abington and the Tech was so rude and short to me(the mom). I had to report her for not knowing what “Down Syndrome” was. This was a medical person ?!!!!! She did not know how to speak to my son or me ….. now that’s a place to be concerned about!

This place is scurvy and looks like someone’s living room from yesteryear. Aka a camping place for the homeless and addicts. The “lobby” could very well dual function as a halfway house. The Spanish broads gossiping and making fun of customers is very unprofessional. Whom also bring their ingrate kids to work because no one cares to watch them. So it’s third function, is a a place for the misfit children. They never wash their carpets that are filled with mold and mildew enough to break a Petri dish.

I went for a test yesterday and it went so much better than I expected. The desk staff was kind and the technician doing my test explained everything including the time it would take for each picture. He gave me pillows to rest my arms on and a "panic" button to hold in case I needed out. I wasn't "in" though so I didn't panic at all. The experience was even easier than an ultrasound because I didn't have to be leaning back. Yes the carpet needs cleaning but that's the fault of patients dirty shoes on a daily basis. The rest room was spotless as was the changing room and test room. I recommend this place if you have claustrophobia. You'll never be afraid of an MRI again.

I was so appalled at my experience this week, I was moved to write a review. Please, please go elsewhere. I had an appointment this week and the staff failed to verify my insurance and failed to communicate that my appt had been cancelled (I took a 1/2 day of work and traveled 60 minutes). The "No Weapons allowed in the facility" on the front door says it all. Stay away. I traveled to @Atlantic Medical Imagining in NJ for my sitting MRI and they were 1st class!!!

Advanced Diagnostics is not so advanced. Lack of communication had me drive to and from in severe back pain for a MRI and they didn't tell me they needed a PAPER copy of the script. My doctor does things digitally and there is no paper script. But "advanced" diagnostic is very advanced and they asked to have that script mailed or faxed. Needless to say, I had to cancel. Waste of time and waste of effort. Just more pain. So disorganized and clueless.

Getting your MRI report in a timely manner is a joke! The website states within 24 hrs and when you go for MRI they say within 5 business days and those 5 business days have passed with still no results! All you get is sorry the MRI is unread, this is unacceptable!

The experience my family and I had this morning was awful. Not only did it take my stepmom months to actually get someone on the phone to schedule my dad's MRI (dementia patient), we headed in this morning (2.5 hour drive for us since my dad can only do an upright MRI) and upon arrival as they were going over everything that they went over on the phone with her during the scheduling process. When she brought up my dad's loop recorder heart monitor that hasn't been functioning in several years and had past MRIs with it in place they had no idea what the was and wanted verification that he could have an MRI with it (even though she told them about it over the phone when she scheduled the appointment). After calling his cardiologist office and the MRI office he's gone to before trying to find out if is safe for him to get an MRI, my stepmom had gone up to the counter over 5 times and we waiting over an hour for them to figure it out. In the meantime another patient came in for her appointmen, when my stepmom went up to the counter again for them to tell us they couldn't do the MRI. So we left for them to call us less than 10 minutes later to tell us they talked to a tech and that's it's okay for them to do my dad's MRI, but we would have to wait another 45 minutes for my dad to get the MRI because they started on the other patient so we continued on out way home.

I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Diagnostics. The staff were warm and welcoming and extremely professional. The technician that performed my MRI was extremely patient and very reassuring. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure and what to expect.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Advanced Diagnostics to anyone that can't tolerate a standard MRI. A big thank you to the entire team is well deserved.
