I’ve never met more Rude, and unprofessional people in my life! AND THAT says something! They were Rude to me because they couldn’t people today! Also this front desk team has no communication skills what so ever! When patients look for clarification they get their head bit off! I don’t even tolerate friends or family treating me that way, let alone people in the “medical field!” Directly working with patients! I hope the rest of your patients don’t have any questions! Cuz lord yall can’t answer even one!

This location is amazing and the women that operate the front desk was an absolute pleasure . My daughter had to get and X-ray for a gymnastics accident and they kept her calm and entertained and was very professional while helping me. I was wanting at children’s hospital and decided that the wait was to long and took a chance on this location and it was an in and out tasks! Thank you high st for your quick and efficient work performed.

My name is James Poka. My visit at Advance Diagnostic located at 1430 South High St, Columbus, Ohio 43207 was absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff in persons of Savanna and Kristin were so nice to me. It was my first experience ever to obtain referral from my prospective employer for chest x-ray due to positive PPD and so I was panic when told that I should do an x-ray because of the aforementioned result. When I I met with Savanna, she counseled me so nicely as if she were my personal doctor. All my fears went away and x-ray was administered. It was a nice experience from the front desk staff. Advance Diagnostic is blessed to have such a wonderful staff.

The front desk was busy on the phone while 1 eat her snacks, finally was able to sign people in then let us know that the tech was on lunch so we had a 45 minute wait before they came back and then took people before the people that had been waiting an hour. If you spoke up the tech said there was nothing they could, they take their lunch whenever they can then when you're done with your X-ray the tech doesn't guided you out the building the security guard had to help.

Highly recommend ? the staff was first class ? Savanna was so friendly and loved her personality,, she's great for the business ? Leslie made me feel very comfortable as well . Loved the story about Bob the Fish it was wonderful

ONCE TO TAKE IT TO THE DOCTOR ITS GOING TO BE UNREADABLE!!!
You will have to get a new one in a better place.

I sat there for at least 20 minutes. I asked this lady at the desk. how many more people are ahead of me. She said none. then she said their setting up back there. 25 minutes later, this lady came in. And took me out of there all the way down the hall. It turns out. She was in the parking lot, in a black truck. talking to her Man. So why did that woman at the desk Lie

Love them my family has been there a few times. Xrays MRI they will take care of you. When they broke down i went to the Polaris location and they had everything to take care of me from the other office. Lighting hit that iffice and they made new arrangements to take care of me again. Kept me updated and got me the high st location. But great people at both places. Will be using them again!!!
