International Travellers…. This is one of the BEST places in houston to get a fast PCR test. I took my family there to get us all a PCR test before travel to Europe. They were super fast in testing and the results were emailed within a few hours the same evening. I just checked with them again today and they said if you arrive by 1pm they will normally get you the results that evening. That is super fast considering most other testing places have 24-72 hour turnarounds for PCR testing. Don’t confuse PCR testing with rapid antigen testing which can be done in 15 minutes but is not a valid test for a entry to a lot of countries (double check yourself with your destination government website and airline). Also if you need it, don’t forget to ask them to supply you with a Letter that includes your passport number reference and test result. They were nice enough to give us the letters for free when we asked.

Horrible service I took a covid test and was told it would take 24hours. After 24 hours I received no email. I called several times and I was given a different time. 2 days later I still have not received my results .they are no longer answering the phone.

I was told I’d have results in 24hr. I was tested FIVE days ago and I haven’t received any results or confirmation of any kind. They do not answer their phone either. Don’t waste your time.

Got through their phone line once and haven't been able to get through since. Not sure what is going on with their business, but asking them to help correct a missing vaccine has been nearly impossible!
