I do not like leaving negative reviews so I won’t get into all the details, but after listening to how my wife was treated today it is no shock that your centre had a 3.1 rating. She has been to your centre before and your technician has done a great job in the past. But it is clear from her experience and from your reviews that a little bit of customer service and kindness may go a long way to help improving your ratings and customer experience. My family will be going elsewhere.

I had an absolute privilege to get an ultrasound from Soroush! It was absolutely perfect! He was super polite, kind, patient and he is so super smart! Really smart! The knowledge that this man has is incredible. Just speaking to him, I was in absolute awe. Truly impressive! My experience was an absolute blessing. It was truly an honour to meet such an individual. I smiled the whole day after my appointment. It is so beautiful to see such a kind heart in the world doing such a hard job! I hope this company provides him with recognition because this man is gold! Thank you with all my heart. You are absolutely stellar!

I had the worst experience at this place. I had an ultrasound tech her name was Vera and her bedside manner was AWFUL. She was so rude right from the beginning. She said to me quote " I have been doing this for 19 years, you know nothing." I have zero clue as to why she even said that as I was not trying to correct her, argue with her etc. I was laying there in complete silence. I will never understand why people get into health care if you are just miserable at your job. Health care workers need to be compassionate, empathetic, friendly, patience etc. Vera was none of the above. I left there in tears. Will never go back. The only positive experience about this place was the receptionist Elissa. Very lovely girl, helpful and kind.

3 family member, myself included, have now had kidney stones and gallbladder issues that one of the technicians should of caught. Due to her horrible bedside manner and lack of any professional skill we had to suffer in pain all because of her. Never come to this facility unless you want a misdiagnosis. Horrible horrible facility, if I could give it a negative review I would!

Vera was one of the best technicians i have ever had. She was so professional, gentle and amazing. I came here to check everything was okay with my abdomen after i had a terrible ultrasound previously and ended up in ER. Vera is very knowledgeable and knows what she was doing. Loved the staff in Alliston Diagnostic centre. Very professional and great service. Definitely it has become my go to ultrasound place.

Anatomy scan today and technician (Vera) absolutely ruined the whole experience. What should have been a wonderful moment seeing baby was instead miserable. Technician very obviously didn’t want to be there and snapped at me for trying to make any attempt at small talk. I was forced to stare at the ceiling in absolute silence for an hour while she scowled at the monitor. When the scan was done I had to ask for the sex and then told what it was under her breath. The photos I received are absolutely terrible and not worth the paper they were printed on. I wish I could review her with 0*

I left feeling like I was robbed of what should have been a beautiful experience. This is my third (and last) baby. I have never had such terrible service with anyone else. I would rather drive the 4+ hours (each way) to my previous ultrasound team than return here again.

The Alliston Diagnostic Centre is top notch and second to none ?
I have had many positive encounters with the staff, and am always amazed at their gracious receptions ?They are competent, efficient and prompt in responding to the needs of their clients!
Some names that come to mind are Elissa and Dawnell who are extraordinary ladies who always take time to listen. The whole staff needs to be commended for their hard work and commitment to their job.
Kudos also go out to my cardiologist Dr. Naqvi, who is outstanding in his field !
