My visit to the ARA diagnostic imaging center at Quarry Lake was exceptional. The staff that signed me in were friendly and caring and took care of me right away. The young lady who took me in to the imaging area was very pleasant knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. In the imaging center the technician who did my x-rays was very professional gave me excellent instructions and helped me on and off the X x-ray table.. It was all done within record time, and I appreciate the man in which I was attended to.

I was taken early for my mammography appointment. Technician was friendly, calm reassuring and really knew her job. My daughter had her appointment after mine, but she was taken in with me and the other technician did her scan. Easy in and out. We've been using ARA for quite a few years, now, and have never been disappointed. Recommend to other women needing a mammogram.

Recently I went to ARA for an MRI. First of all, I was ecstatic that I was even going to ARA. I have been going to ARA for many years and have always had a great experience. However, last year my insurance from work switched to a Medicare Advantage insurance and the group providing this insurance did not have ARA on their provider list. So, last year I had a difficult time going to "new to me" providers who didn't have my history from previous visits. However, now I am EXTREMELY happy to find out that this year my insurance is using ARA as one of their providers. My recent visit to ARA for an MRI went very well. All the employees there were friendly and very professional. I couldn't be happier knowing that I will be able to schedule any future imaging requests with ARA! They are wonderful to deal with and I trust them completely with any tests they perform.

The waiting room at ARA had multiple people waiting, but staff was sufficient to handle everyone within a minute or two of entering. The key is to follow the email or text directions you receive a couple of days before the appointment and complete all paperwork electronically from home. That’s what I did and was called back for my procedure in less than 5 minutes. Clinical staff were polite and professional. I have no negative experiences at all to report.

oh my gosh! The team at ARA Dianostic was absolutely amazing! Very professional, kind and helpful! I was concerned about some beads that were in my hair that I thought might be metal and they checked everything to ensure it was safe, didn't have me pay until I was confirmed I could do the MRI. Super friendly, courteous and very nice. The entire team was great! From the front office to the health professionals working in the back. Thank You!
