Had a great experience here with my 2 year old to get her stitches removed! We were checked in within 5 minutes and back to a room within 15 minutes. The staff were super friendly and interacted with my child in a silly, gentle way which helped build her trust with them. We did not have to wait in the room long before someone came and took the stitches out, gave her a lollipop and we were on our way home! I think we may have spent about 45 minutes there total. We will definitely be back if my daughter has any urgent care needs!

Brought my daughter here after all other urgent cares were full and had 3-4 hour waiting times. We waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. The test results took longer than they said but the staff and Dr were nice and helpful. Her prescription was ready at the pharmacy by the time we got back to our town.

My mom was seen at this location today. My mom has nothing but great remarks about the PA Sydney she saw. Sydney listened to her and made her feel like more of a friend than a patient. 1000% recommend!

The worst…, Went in on yesterday for severe pain in my right hip. I have been seeing an Atrium. Orthopedic MD and I’m waiting for surgery but woke up to extreme sharp pains going down my right leg. Unlike in the past this seemed/seems more like nerve issue could barely stand or walk. Went here to see if I could get an X-ray to determine what is going on. There were two people in front of us and one other person that came in shortly after I did. I was called back within 15mins placed in a cold room vitals were taken and was told someone would be with me shortly…. One hour and 5mins later I overhear the MD next door in the room with the gentleman that came in after me? I assume my issue wasn’t important for them to see me in a timely manner and patients are no longer seen based on the order they are checked in but an update would have been nice. Don’t go here if you are in pain just go to the ER. If I get billed I will be back here with a vengeance!!

I haven't had a good experience with WFBH medical center or ER. I tend to stay within Novant. However, I have to say that Atrium UC in Kville is the best urgent care. Yes, they were busy so I was there a little over 2 hours total, but once I was in a room they were on top of things. I required an IV and I'm a hard stick, but paramedic Kelly got it the first try! I would definitely recommend this UC.

I went in for really bad coughing that lasted over a week. I saw Dr Matt and he was very caring and sweet and i was in and out of the urgent care quickly. Turns out i had beginning of pneumonia. Matt was great and I had a great experience

Took my daughter here for strep and Erin H. was the absolute sweetest. The visit was quick and they took great care of us.

Fast forward 8 months from my last review. Came in for myself with a pretty decent injury. Pam B. and Tiffany G. took care of me. I cannot give them enough praise for helping me with my injury. They were kind, quick, and helpful. If I could change my rating to a 10, I would. I won't go to any other urgent care strictly for the team here at Atrium.

The check in was efficient and fast. The front staff was cordial and quick. The PA-C Jon Secrest, was the friendliest and most down to earth person I’ve ever met. He was gentle, kind, and personable.
