I had such a great experience with Brittney as my ultrasound tech! From the moment I walked in, she was so friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She took her time to explain everything she was doing and was super patient with all my questions. She was so kind and caring. She didn’t just rush through the appointment. she made sure I felt at ease the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does.
Brittney’s positive energy and attention to detail really made the whole experience so much better than I expected. If you get her as your tech, you’re definitely in great hands

I have to say how amazing was to walk in the clinic today. Both front girls were amazing. They had the most amazing smile and best customer service. The lady that did my test made me feel in ease and explain everything to me. I definitely will start coming to your center. 5 big stars to this center

The easiest and most pleasant mammogram experience I’ve ever had! On time, the receptionist was friendly and efficient and the tech was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had many in the past over forty years. I dint feel like a number of a piece of meat.

Once I was called for my appointment ,everything went smoothly. However, someone had mistakenly booked me at the West campus when my appointment was scheduled for the East Campus with specific instructions advising me to use the Cornell (East Campus)entrance. As a result, I waited in an empty waiting room for approximately 90 minutes before I was called . The staff, while friendly, especially Anna Maria and Karen, the technician, were friendly and professional. Nonetheless, noone appropriately apologized, admitting that such booking issues are not uncommon. Very frustrating , especially given my high regard for Bethesda. I truly hope this issue can be corrected to prevent others from experiencing similar circumstances. Myles Martel

I am a long time patient of Dr. Dawn Blackshear and it's always been a good experience being her patient. She has great bedside manner.
She listens, she is very thorough, attentive and caring, and very respectful with her patients. She personally contacts me every time I have testing, with immediate results. I highly recommend her.
At the facility, the staff members and the technicians conducting the testing and are also very respectful and accommodating with the patients. The facility is clean and it's always a great experience.

This was my second visit on 02.05.25, to the imaging center on Hagen; the first experience was great while this one not so much. I arrived 30 minutes early and ended up being there 2 hours without even having the procedure completed. The front greeter was nice. The intake person (I have her name but will not post it) was clearly focused on her job. I did not feel she listened to me at all; she just wanted to get done what she needed to. I was given incomplete information by the person scheduling my appointment. I was told that as long as I had my CDs/ images from prior procedures conducted at another facility, that was sufficient. Well I was told as I waited 2 hours the day of my appointment that they needed the reports. Fortunately because I am always prepared I did have the reports with the images. Unfortunately no one at this Diagnostic Center acknowledged/ took accountability for the wrong information I received and kept telling me what I should have done ALTHOUGH I WAS THE ONE WHO CAME PREPARED WITH THE REPORTS ANYWAY DESPITE BEING TOLD OTHERWISE. The records personnel was unhelpful and unprofessional. Two (2) days prior to my appointment I called the records department to request CDs from my first appointment in January. It was my first time there and was not advised regarding how to receive those as informed at other imaging centers. So I called, left a message, and never heard back. When I went to my second appointment (the one for which I am completing this review) I inquired about this. The person at the records desk, who I WILL NAME - Rachelle was the worst. She was useless and rude. No accountability for unreturned calls and no professional assistance with the request I made this day. Her words: I don't know what you're talking about; I don't have anything to do with that." YET SHE IS THE RECORDS PERSON.. Another lady named Marie tried to be of assistance but just ended up complicating the matter even more. I simply wanted my images from my January visit and for the current visit. I explained I left messages and did not receive a call back. In fact I called today (02.10.25) regarding my request from (02.05.25) because I have yet to receive a call back nor a message regarding the status of my request made in person 02.05.25. Another issue was that apparently they were unable to save the images from one of the CDs I brought and told Marie to WRITE ON THE REQUEST I HAD ALREADY SIGNED to request images from the center where I had that procedure completed. The problem with this is that it was done without my awareness using my signature as if I requested/ approved the action. I only learned of their actions because I requested the pink copy of the form I completed to receive my CDs. When Marie provided the pink form I asked about the additional handwriting on the request and she said she was told to add that! Again WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION USING MY SIGNATURE! Two (2) hours later I never had the procedure. Because as opposed to being respectful of my time and mental health as I waited without any information as to why I was waiting so long, "they" were reviewing the images and reports I brought and apparently that was sufficient. I was told (02.05.25) by Natalia an addendum to my January would be sent and I would receive a refund for my payment. Well it would have been nice to have told what was taking place as I waited 2 hours. Also, since I paid in advance I didn't even receive a refund and after everything was told I HAD TO CALL BILLING! (Billing told me I will receive a check in 3-4 weeks!).
Due to the system sends multiple messages and emails to pay prior to the appointment and I did to end the harassment. I do find it antiquated that their system is not linked to #1. be able to provide an on-site refund and #2. provide refunds in the form that the payment is made. All around this was an extremely disappointing experience. I am still waiting for the information regarding the addendum to be sent to my doctor as no one continues to answer at the extension for medical records.

Having a mammogram can be very nerve racking and the 2 technicians I dealt with were absolutely perfect! Professional and very kind and calming. The ultrasound tech was Heather. Fabulous personality. I’m sorry I cant remember the mammogram techs name but also a wonderful person.
I’m grateful to get good news from such awesome people.
