I have recently started to use this location and I can’t be happier with the service. Starting front the receptionists who were very friendly and provided me prior results plus the punctuality of the technicians and kindness to treat me.
When we go to be check we are sick and scare to find something serious so for me the kindness of all of them was highly appreciated.
I will keep on using this facility because
“Everybody “ showed high standards in terms of customer service !

I had a great experience at this facility. It’s clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, starting from the reception. I went in for an MRI, and Iber, the technician who assisted me, and Marcos, the MRI tech were outstanding. They were professional, thoughtful, and kind, which made the whole process so much easier. Their care and attention truly made a huge difference. Highly recommend this place!

The Country Walk Diagnostic Center, everyone was great. So polite & courteous.

The young ladies at the reception greeted everyone when they walked up and wished them a good day when people left.

This was my first time at this facility. The place was very clean and the visitor area stocked with coffee and tea. They were on time so there was no wait and my appointment was in the late afternoon. I did take advantage of the pre-registration and pre-payment option online. The technician was very friendly! I will choose this facility for my outpatient diagnostic test in the future.

Everyone was very nice and professional. I was greeted with smiles and warm gestures. Several staff members readily assisted me as I was in a wheelchair. My questions were promptly answered to my satisfaction and understanding. My testing went smoothly and in a very timely manner. I was done before I knew it. Excellent job everyone!
