Super spectacular place Baptist Davie, the staff are truly amazing friendly. My CT Tech provided me with outstanding customer service. The facilities is very neat and clean. I was in and out very quickly. My appointment was on time. I didn't have to wait. I am very grateful for the services received from this facility. I would definitely recommend to others.

I had a home sleep study test done where I picked up a device from this location on December 18 and dropped it back off on December 19. A gentleman by the name of Cesar took the device and confirmed the data was captured correctly. Cesar told me the results would be ready in 24 to 48 hours. However, five days later the results were not posted. As a result, I had to cancel the appointment with my doctor. I spent the next seven days trying to get a hold of somebody to help. Finally today after trying for 40 minutes someone found Cesar. Cesar told me the reason that the results were not sent to the doctor was because he didn’t have a fax number for the doctor. When I asked him to post the results to the pineapple app. He told me that he couldn’t post it without a medical release form. Since I’m the one paying for the test, I don’t understand why I would need a medical release form to see my own results. This has been a horrible experience. It’s either incompetence or complete laziness. Today I tried to file a complaint with Baptist health over the phone, but I couldn’t. They’re too lazy or incompetent to even take complaints on their complaint. Patient advocacy hotline.

I had such an amazing experience at the Baptist Diagnostic Center in Davie. The staff was pleasant, environment clean and my ultrasound technician Jessica was incredible. Jessica took the time to explain everything to me and always provided a chance for me to ask questions. I will definitely stay with Baptist for all of my Healthcare needs.

took a couple of minutes once it finally got started but they made me wait and never told me how long of a wait there would be. A lot of medical people in medical attire walked in amd out but no one ever even acknowledged me.

The office staff was kind and professional. The environment was very clean . My scan was extremely quick to say the least. Maybe 2 or 3 minutes. I have used this facility a couple of times and would highly recommend it.

The MRI Tecnician was great. Thorough and explained what she was doing and why. Clean, organized facility. Unfortunately, the front desk person was cold and expressionless. Did not speak to me unless I asked a direct question. Gave the impression that my presence there was a bother.
