I have been going to the Hillsboro facility for about 8 years for my annual mammogram and ultrasound. I am so impressed with how smoothly my appointment goes...I have never had a problem getting scheduled. The entire staff is very professional yet are friendly and make my visit a pleasant one. I have never had to wait for my procedures. ...they are always on time! I especially love their clean and feminine examining rooms. I wouldn't go any where else for my yearly checkup. ?

I have been coming here for my mammograms for many years. The mammogram technicians and staff are always excellent! They go out of their way to make everything comfortable and efficient. I get my results via phone call the next day and by email and snail mail as well. This would have been a 5* review if not for the Bone Density test experience. The test was fine, quick and easy. It is over 3 months ago and still no results have been communicated to me. It must go to Dr. office only. It was my dealings with the billing department that were immediately a challenging experience. I spoke to several people over a few months trying to provide new documents etc. and everyone was unpleasant to deal with. Only one person actually listened to me and tried to help: Donna Wood. Ms. Wood was a professional but able to come across as sympathetic and helpful. I appreciate her and wish the rest of the billing department would be more like her.

This was my first experience having a mammogram at Baptist Health in Deerfield Beach. From start to finish, they were accommodating. The technician was super friendly and very thorough. She made sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout the entire exam. I especially appreciated her sharing information about genetic testing that I qualify for and informed me that they genetic counselor would contact me. I was very happy to find that I was able to wait only about 30 minutes to get my mammogram results before leaving. I plan to continue my mammograms here in the future.

From start to finish five star care, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist check in process was quick and easy. They took me in a timely fashion. I had a mammogram and an ultrasound scheduled back to back and was in and out before you know it. both the mammogram tech and ultrasound tech were fantastic. Great care.

This is my favorite place for all of my imaging and radiation tests. The location is convenient to where I live. The staff is focused on patient needs. They are compassionate and professional from the registration desk to the actual technicians doing the tests. Everyone does an outstanding job. I have been going there for years. I have never had anything but ann outstanding experience. Thank you to everyone there.
