The tech Gustavo was amazing and very comforting. The front desk/check in was very accommodating even after the fact that my appointment was somehow canceled by the ordering physician by accident. They were able to find a slot and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. Amazing service. Couldn’t ask for a smoother experience I wish I had more hands so I can give them four thumbs up.

Yesterday from start to finish the young man you checked me in to the young lady who conducted my first procedure to the gentleman who conducted the two additional procedures (ALL) were extremely thorough and very helpful and professional.
I had an excellent experience yesterday compared to past experiences.

It is annoying and bordering on harassment the amount of messages you sent reminding me of my appointment. Two calls, and 7 messages, even one when I was already there waiting to be call. I confirmed back on the 23 and still you requested confirmation on the 26, which I did again. I talked to a supervisor about this issue and she said she would report it but couldn't do anything herself. That is the reason for the 4 stars.
Jesus in registration was courteous, fast and very nice.
Jocelyn the technician did a very good job of a procedure that is quite uncomfortable. She is very pleasant, attentive and professional.
They were on time, no waiting, which is always a plus. It is definitely the place to go.

I came to the imaging center for a bone density test. The people who registered me and performed the procedure were lovely. But from a general service perspective the visit was lacking. When arriving in the lobby I didn’t know where to go, and there was no one at the information desk - waited for someone to show up about ten minutes and finally called my doctor’s office to see if they knew what floor to go to. Also, the women’s room was not very clean.

Personnel was outstanding at all levels. All were very friendly, respectful, and very professional. My only complaint is how filthy I found the staircase of the multilevel parking. There were used masks, trash, what looked like diapers, cigarette butts, etc etc on the stairs floor. This is a no no in a hospital.

Everyone was so welcoming. I did not wait very long and both technicians explained every step of the procedure.. Lucy, who checked me in, also got me a warm blanket when I expressed how cold I was. It was a great experience.

I love to go there! Personnel are all courteous and knowledgeable. The paperwork was all there and ready to go.The best is that you don't have to wait to be attended. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Unusual to find such excellent, caring service these days. It's appreciated!
