Can’t praise the team here enough for how well they treated me and looked after me. After arriving at the wrong clinic for my scan I was extremely upset and was over 20 minutes late. They were so kind with me and got me in straight away. They were through and very professional. Definitely the nicest place I’ve been for a scan and they helped me understand what was happening each step of the way. I left there feeling much better and for once understanding my scan result. Thank you so much your kindness meant a lot to me and you made me feel so at ease! Have a lovely Christmas xxxx

Tried multiple times to ring up and ask for help with the appointments for bloods as the online system isn't working for me and they just keep hanging up. I heard a gentleman's voice pick up and then hang up. The website to book on is tedious to navigate as well. Probably best visiting them in person.

Excellent service .went for my breast screening today. Did not have to wait long, the lady who did my mammogram was lovely. Better than having to go to hospital and trying to park ?

Had an appointment today sadly I didn’t get the 2 ladies that looked after me names … they were absolutely brilliant very professional gave me privacy when I needed it …. Can’t praise them enough.

I had an x-ray on a very sore knee last week. The radiographer forgot she is working in the caring profession. She grabbed my sore knee to manipulate my position, and I yelled out. She only had to ask me to do it! I do wonder if she knew if I was there to keep her employed or for my health. I do hope it's an isolated case, I've had a few appointments here and everyone was very kind.

Got an appointment due which I need to question but soon discovered that it's actually impossible to get in touch remotely either from a telephone or Internet basis, maybe I have to call in person to find out any information, I was also sent a confirmation of appointment link by text which doesn't work.... Confused

Wonderful place, facility and staff are 1st class. Barnsley at it's best. Well done everyone who has helped to make this possible. I only went for blood tests, but have a lung scan pending, hopefully it will be here.
Update. Yes my chest XRay was done here too, no long wait past my appointment and it took about 10 minutes in all. Smashing staff as usual and even thing as clean a new pin.
My last X Ray was about 55 years ago, at Beckett's hospital that was.

Been unable to book an appointment for a blood test for more than a week now, it's just getting annoying now. Gp practice told me to go there, but I'm not going to waste any more time trying.
