I cannot recommend Dr. Inaganti and her office enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr. Inaganti takes the time to truly listen to her patients and provides thoughtful, thorough explanations for every concern. She goes above and beyond to ensure the best care possible. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which is such a rarity these days. I always feel like I’m in great hands here. THE PERSON WHO DREW MY BLOOD NEEDS TRAINING. She hit a nerve or bone and my arm is STILL numb. It was sudden and very painful when she stuck me. She told me there were no nerves in that area...?

Dr's Rao and Punjabi are the greatest and I feel so blessed to have them for my doctors. They are kind, compassionate and friendly while maintaining professionalism. The office staff, at the Garland location, are very kind and professional as well. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars, is because since they moved to this location, getting anyone on the phone is a nightmare. I usually have to hold for 20 to 30 minutes, now.
