Fantastic service offered by the optometrist and the assistant. They were able to diagnose my blepharitis quickly which had been causing irritation for weeks. They also advised how I could treat the issue and identified the products at the branch. Awesome

I come to boots for continuity purposes, opticians are fine and thorough, staff are kind and attentive. The place needs a spruce up, larger waiting area with some privacy for patients , the equipment needs a thorough clean even in the places you don’t put your face on which I was told by a staff member. There is something very icky about putting your face near an object where there are fallen eyelashes or dirt in the corners that have been there for months possibly from the last year I visited! This is really not acceptable for a healthcare provider. The pre assessment area is small and cramped . The place needs modernisation and update considering other competitors offer a more comfortable environment

Care for the individual is clear from the moment you arrive at the store to the end of your visit. Personally I was greeted with respect and dignity and was informed every step of the way within my appointment what was to happen how quick it would be or how long it would be and when the optician would be with me, and I was constantly looked in on to ensure I was okay and comfortable in waiting.

The staff were very efficient and friendly, the glasses were reasonably priced, I was served by David who was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable when choosing lenses and frames, a very pleasant guy and a huge asset to the store.

I had what I thought to be a worrying eye condition. The opthalmogist carried out extensive tests and reassured me the condition was quite common. She was very professional, patient and courteous. I had excellent treatment.
