I never met Brouha because he refused to see me due to me being stressed out regarding their location & parking situation & and being on time! So
How wimpy & unprofessional for a doc! I wouldn't want a doc that was so unprofessional!!! So, he canceled my appointment right there. Weird! What planet/state are you from...not CA!
They could have given me a heads-up on how bad their location is!!! I talked to several others there at building #9339 or #9333 saying, "How confusing the parking & location is!" They all agreed with the situation, but then I still had to pay for parking even though I got no service, only frustration!!! 🫤
I have never encountered such an unprofessional situation like this in my lifetime!!!
There are other dermatologists that have a lot more experience & character!!! How incompetent & rude!!!

Sharing this review for my Wife - a physician for more than 3 decades ...
As as physician myself for the last 35 years I am sorry to report a very poor experience with Dr Brouha and his staff.
In short - while he is a nice man in person:
1. there was no follow up or follow through from him or his staff regarding the plan for care. I had to call his office after my appointments to get follow up on the plan we just agreed . Need to extend the medicine he just had me on? "Sorry you will need to schedule an appointment."
I can tell you from decades of being a doctor, one that saw patients everyday, that is a very substandard reply (one which is not intended to help the patient but sadly, it is optimized to generate more office visits).
2. I left multiple messages over the course of two weeks with no return call and calling the office to get an actual person, was equally as difficult. Once you got someone their reply was always the same, "our policy is that you have to see the Dr and no we can't ask him a question or give him a message".

Dr. Brouha is the absolute best, but....
The office is a disaster. Tried to set an appointment for my wife this AM and waited on hold for 20 minutes. This afternoon, I tried to change an appointment for myself. On hold for 30 minutes until I finally had to hang up. Called back and the receptionist picks up quickly and says "there are 2 calls ahead of you (which was the case this morning) I said "wait" and told her of my waiting on the line so long. She said "we are very busy" My point: If business is so good HIRE MORE STAFF!

He was very professional and personable definitely made me feel comfortable. He was super informative about melanoma and where typically women get it and men. I was patient with all my questions and answered them. He acknowledged my daughter in the room and asked about her. That's extremely important to me because it showed he actually cares about his Patients and its not just a job for him. I will be going back for regular check ups and will be referring him to my friends and family!

I am so happy I came to see Dr. Brouha. He was thorough in his exam and made me feel relaxed and confident with his assessment. The medication he prescribed started working on the first day I used it! I also liked Naz, the nurse practitioner who assisted him. She was so caring and was very gentle with the procedure she did. The front office staff was friendly and efficient.

receptionist booking my visit was great, she worked hard to find a date and time which worked. Even though I was the last patient of the day, everyone was running on time. Dr. Brouha could not have been more compassionate considering I almost passed out because I don't deal well with biopsies or anything sharp near my face. Thanks!

The office is beautiful, the receptionist very friendly and welcoming, the nurse friendly and informative, and the doctor was exactly what I feel like I've been missing from my primary: I felt like he really cared about my health, wanted to get my exam done properly and nothing skipped, everything explained, questions answered, suggestions for my own health made....all with a warmth and friendliness that made me want these people to be all my health care people. Very glad I found you folks. Thank you.

Dr. Brouha was thorough and professional. This is the third dermotoligist I've seen in the past three years. He is the only one of the three that I would return to. The office wait time was short and the exam was very thorough. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
My second yearly visit to Dr. Brouha was also a pleasant experience. He is competent and thorough, as well as friendly and kind with a great sense of humor. I was seen on time. The whole process went smoothly. The staff are incredible. I refer everyone I know to him.
