I can’t say enough great things about Care Diagnostics! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness and respect. The staff here genuinely cares, going out of their way to make every patient feel comfortable and valued. They took the time to answer all my questions, which really eased my nerves, and they maintained such a warm and professional atmosphere throughout my visit.

The facility is immaculate and welcoming, and every step of the process was handled with the utmost care. My mammogram was performed by an experienced, compassionate technician who made sure I felt at ease. It’s clear that this team truly understands how important it is to make patients feel safe and supported.

Care Diagnostics is a top of the line diagnostic breast center. I have been going there annually for over 15 years. The Center is clean, up-to-date, modern and efficient. The staff is the best of the best. It’s scary enough to go there annually but getting my first ever dreaded call to come back in for more testing was beyond anxiety provoking. Amen everything turned out to be fine as it was a positional issue. If it wasn’t for the caring, calming and respectful staff things would have been worse for me.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the front desk Angel Solange who has been with me for all of these years and who greets all of us with such kindness and love. We update each other on our families each and every year. I can’t thank Christine and Tamara enough for hearing my anxiety and fears and getting me in the next day for more testing versus waiting a few weeks which shouldn’t be happening to any call backs. It’s such a busy place that maybe they can expand?

The amazing mammogram expert Lisa knows her stuff after 36 years of doing it. The sweet ultrasound technician Katie is professional and comforting. Dr. Ruiz is extremely thorough and an incredible Breast Radiologist!

Aerial Attitudes

The women who work here are SO kind, reassuring and professional. I was nervous for my first mammogram knowing it could hurt but they made the experience as pleasant as possible and reassured me of my worries. The whole appointment was quick which I appreciated being there with no deodorant and I could see by the waiting room they were being quick for everyone. It’s obvious they care about their patients as humans not just numbers walking through the door.

The lady at check in was nice and the Mammo tech was also, the thing I disliked was the ultra sound tech making a comment saying I don’t need an ultrasound, (even though my dr. Requested I have one) and she asked if I wanted one, I said yes, so she showed me the cost of it, I said that’s fine I’ll pay for it, she huffed and said well if you want one, your gonna have to wait a while. While doing the ultra sound she asked how old my implants were, which I answered her, and she replied back to me saying rudely, “they are really beat up”!! I was shocked when she made the comment!! Very unprofessional!!! Was not happy when I left their facility!!

Some employees were nice but I didn’t have the same experience with everyone. For some patients, this is such a sensitive moment and some employees didn’t seem to take that in consideration and were cold and very brief with their explanations. I was told that I needed to have three biopsia and they were not able to accommodate having all of them on the same day as I kept requesting. I decided to go to a different provider and the experience was so much better at the new medical facility. It is completely different when you are treated at a medical facility where everyone is considerate with the patients and concerned about giving the time and all the information the patient needs. I felt like I was another number for them and no interest in me as a patient (completely different experience and the second medical facility I went to). On top of everything, the new location immediately decided to schedule all biopsies in one day because I wished to get everything done in one visit.

Additionally, I asked Care Diagnostics for a disk with my results and they gave me the disk of another patient (huge confidentiality breach since I should have not been provided with someone else’s medical results). I am definitely never going back.

I am giving them three stars because at least some people were nice and they did perform the mammogram correctly even though their classifications were not very specific. The new medical provider was surprised that they were not more specific with their classifications.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was incredibly professional, warm and attentive making what can often be a stressful experience so much easier. The facility itself is modern and comfortable. Overall, my experience was exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so positive!!!

Horrible customer service at Care Diagnostics front desk. It was so bad that I actually spoke with the woman at the front desk and said that she was treating me as if I didn’t matter at all and she would rather be anywhere else but here. She didn’t even look at me when she was speaking to me. She just recited the instructions quickly and in a low voice, as if they bored her. She denied it and then had the attitude that I was ridiculous. Her job entails two minutes of giving customers simple instructions and she couldn’t do that politely.

The tech on the other hand was extremely nice, professional and courteous.

Update: I received a voice message from Care Diagnostics asking me to call them. I called them back an hour later and waited on hold for over 18 minutes, for them to finally tell me that they couldn’t read the mammogram and they want me to come back in. Obviously, I won’t be going back to this facility. There are other facilities in the area with 4.9 star reviews. I can’t imagine why anyone would go to this place.

2nd update: I went to Baptist Health, Christine E Lynn Women’s Health and Wellness Institute in Boca Raton for a follow up diagnostic mammogram and an ultrasound. It is a fantastic facility. The crème de la crème of diagnostic imaging facilities! I had a very, very pleasant experience there. This is the place to go. Read their Google reviews. Once you’ve gone there, you’ll never go anywhere else.
