Today was my first visit to this clinic, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The front desk team was welcoming and patient, taking the time to answer all our questions about our new insurance plan. The nurse practitioner, Ms. Acevedo, was incredibly thorough and patient, making me feel well cared for. The medical assistants also went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I only wish this clinic could serve as my primary care provider so I could book future appointments here.

This is the second time I have used the CareNow location in Stone Oak, San Antonio. Each time check in was easy to do from my phone. They provide real wait times making it easy. I don’t like sitting around as it increases my anxiety. Both times they were able to take X-rays and refer me to the appropriate specialist. Medical equipment and a prescription were also issued by the attending doctor. My visits were less than an hour each. This time I fractured my arm. They listen and provide quick results. I would recommend them to all. More affordable and less stress than an emergency room. I will continue to use their services when needed.

Care Now has an online registration system that is easy to use and speeds up the registration process by adding all of your insurance and reason for visit before you arrive. My appointment was scheduled within 20 minutes. The medical staff is courteous and professional. I was treated promptly and sent on my way. Highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Referred for drug screening. Receptionist was extremely helpful with online appt registration . After registration was completed I was called back for testing. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Process seamless and was in and out in 25-30 min.

Visited on 10/13/2024 and got there around 4:30pm with a cut on my finger that needed stitches. From the time I entered to when I left the staff, nurse and Dr. were very professional and caring. Would definitely use this urgent care facility again!!

3 stars: only for lack of communication between locations, ascetics of inside of location, and wait time.

Had appointment made from another location. Was told had to be seen by MD to be release. Came to appointment; was told there was no appointment on the books. Gave form that was given that show appointment was made previous week.

Receptionist had to get doctor permission. Doctor advised was made aware. Why wasn’t it put in system?

Told needed to fill out more paperwork; advised didn’t have any of the information on me since this was work related and 3rd appointment for release.

Was not told it was simple standard COVID paperwork. Just told if I didn’t fill it out then, she (receptionist) would get in trouble. Could have provided a little clarification on the forms.

One person in lobby when I arrived; brought back while I was still waiting on seeing if they would see me. Patient left while; I was still waiting to be seen.

Waited over …. minutes to see doctor; just so he could look at finger and see it was healed.

Chairs in lobby look like they were fished out of the trash! Though lobby looked very clean and orderly.

I just want to say I love this place . Staff if so friendly and welcoming. The NP and Drs. are amazing ! Every time I go I feel heard and seen and take care of . I refuse to go to any other urgent care . This place is like 15 min drive but it’s worth it! Thank you so much ?.

Amazing care, amazing Doctor. Was sympathetic to my 6 year old and her needs. Clean facility with polite reception. Would ABSOLUTELY go back again!
