I had an excellent experience at this urgent care! Everything about it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. The facility was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort. I was impressed by how efficient and thorough the care was. I really liked being able to call and set up an appointment. Everyone was helpful and the appointment went smoothly. Karlie was very kind when she broke the news that I had Covid in the middle of Christmas break but she walked me through the treatment plan. I will definitely go back.

We made an appointment for 1:00 but didn’t go back until almost 2:15. They came in pretty quickly once we were in the room and swabbed him. We then waited for another 35 or 40 minutes for the doctor. By the time we left there, it was about 3:30.  We discussed how pediatricians have closed during the Thanksgiving holiday and how some of the doctors had gone on strike, hence the wait . It was just a lot longer than usual.
On a positive note, the ladies checking is in were very kind and helpful , and I will say that the doctor had a great bedside manner and really seemed to care. She explained what was going on and wrote a prescription. She also offered to have us come back if something wasn’t better within a few days. Minus the wait time, our experience overall was very good.

It was a bit of a longer wait once I was in the room but the care more than made up for the extra few minutes. Time was taken to actually listen and diagnose my symptoms. The bedside manner of the staff was top notch. I didn’t feel like I was on an assembly line where they just pushed customers through but felt like a valued patient. I would definitely recommend them for urgent care.

Make sure to confirm that they sent the prescribe medicine to your pharmacy before leaving the facility. They have not sent me the medicine to my pharmacy right away and I had to wait for 24 hours plus and suffered, had to call more than 3 times and instead of fixing and helping me, they blamed the provider. They never done this before. They should really work on sending the medicine on time. Should have better system.

I booked online for an appointment and I was able to do the paperwork via the Solv app. Super easy and quick. They got me right in as well. I didn’t have to wait very long which was a plus since I was feeling so bad. They were all so friendly and helpful. Best Urgent Care in Amarillo. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love Canyon care express! I have seen several different providers here most recently Sean Greene and also FNP Van and love them all they are always kind and compassionate. They have always taken care of myself as well as my family! I will continue to use this clinic for all of my urgent care needs!

Excellent care and concern. Easy online appointment scheduling, online paperwork so you don't have to go in early for that. Very friendly staff all around. Nurse was thorough and careful to clarify. Physician had actually read nurse's notes and/or consulted. I felt heard and respected. Thank you!
