Waste of time. I have no idea how this place is considered a diagnostic clinic when they won’t run any diagnostic tests. My husband and I seen 2 different doctors for 2 entirely different issues. We drove over 2 hours both times and not a single test was done for either of us. After waiting 6 months to be seen and driving all that way, I was basically seen by the doctor for maybe 10 minutes at best. He seemed in a rush and didn’t even let me fully explain my issues. He did a quick exam and told me I was fine and sent me on my way. A year later I was there with my husband. Different doctor. Again a quick exam and he was told he needed to lose weight and then we were sent home. The doctor refused to believe the results of a test that was done in our hometown but was not willing to have the test redone. He claimed it was not credible cuz it was done by a “physical therapist” and that’s not true…it was done by a neurology tech out of Dallas who travels to the physical therapy clinic in our town. He also made it clear that my husband’s condition did not qualify him as disabled…yet he based this decision off of a 10 minute exam and discussion? No tests at all! This place is only after the money. They literally do nothing!!

From my experience, using St Vincent Diagnostics Clinic was horrible. The staff or doctor’s nurse did not care for their patients. Also, they did not call back. We put multiple calls and messages (priority messages) for a medical emergency to switch medication due to serious side effects ( 4 days, I called and went to the front desk and told them to put a priority message to call back the patient, but no call back ). It is not even worth one star. I am disappointed I do not recommend St Vincent Diagnostic Clinic. THE DOCTORS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM BUT THEIR STAFF ( INCLUDING THE FRONT DESK ARE THE PROBLEM)

THIS IS THE STANDARD OF CARE DR BOOP AND SVI CHI ..GIVES.....WORTH READING.

I have a disease that causes constant muscle spasms in my neck and upper back. I'm in constant pain. I was getting botox injections by Dr Boop that helped tremendously. In Jan 2024 when I went for my appt I was told I needed to pay $300. I asked if I could pay half or workout something, no pay all They said. They canceled my appt. My spasms returned with a vengeance. In July Dr Boop asked me to come in , he said don't worry abt the bill we will work something out, and if anything happens like this again lmk. I had an appt Aug 30th i was so excited to Finally get relief. At the beginning of Aug the billing Department said I had a bill of $4700 from 2023. They said it was because I didn't give them the correct insurance. They ask for my insurance every time I go in , So not sure how they didn't have the correct insurance. They wouldn't work with me to refile or let me refile the insurance they wanted me to pay all of it before my August 30th appointment. Doctor Boop would not talk to me about this after several phone calls so they the billing department talked to Doctor Boop he said that it needed to be handled before I could see him. The appointment was canceled I am now in severe pain from a Crick and a pinched nerve in my neck due to the spasms. Due to all of this and it not being my fault that they didn't get the proper insurance because it's supposed to be approved ahead of time. How can you do a procedure on someone that requires prior approval and not have the correct insurance? They said they called ,but why not send a certified letter for a bill so large? Now I can't see Doctor Boop and it's the billing departments fault but they're blaming me so I'd give them a negative one ⭐️ but that's not an option. My procedure is almost $5,000 every 3 months. Now someone else will get that money. I really dont think Dr Boop, the billing department, nor St Vincent's really cares if they lose patients. The ladies in the billing department had no empathy, they seemed to enjoy their litte power trip according to the sarcasm in their voices.

Sincerely disappointed,

Renee Dempsey

Don't waste your time. I had a referral sent over about 3 weeks ago and have been trying to get scheduled. Now they are telling me they won't see me because I was referred to Baptist for a test that the referring physician couldn't perform internally. Now I have to wait 10 months to be seen at UAMS. I would give negative stars if that was an option.

I was referred there by UAMS - and it was a complete waste of time. They want you there an hour early so you can fill out paperwork. I arrived 30 mins early and was promptly told that i'd have to reschedule. They argued that they're paperwork takes that long although they made no effort to get it to me sooner, like email it to me when i made the appointment, patient portal ect. The staff LIED about how they were unable to email anyone; although when i filed a complant the lady i spoke with stated that yes they could, and she emailed it to me before I'd even gottem back home. So after they refused to see me although I was there BEFORE my appointment i was forced to reschedule. I filled out their lovely paperwork at home - which took about 10 minutes total. Then before my 2nd appointment they called me again to cancel my appointment b/c the provider "couldn't see me as a new patient". My only thought is they're mad I filed a complaint after the first visit was cancelled for no reason. I wouldn't waste your time here. they're persnickity, they lie and the give zero cares about legit patient care.

I have been a patient there for the last twenty years. Since SVI bought them out their service has significantly declined. I really like the doctors and nurses but the way that the clinic operates is a real mess. This morning I called for my endocrinologist's nurse. The person who took my call did not recognize the name of the doctor. Then a long silence and I was disconnected. I called back three times. The phone rang and then the line was disconnected each time. I finally was given the option of leaving my name and number and did so. This is not the first time that similar events have happened. I have heard from other people having similar experience. Where it not for my PCP I would have gone to another clinic.

I’ve never actually been seen at this clinic but have had multiple phone calls with them. The staff is rude. They have hung upon me multiple times. They have neglected to call and schedule appointments. Then I get a bill from them for a no call/no show after I called them and told them I had an earlier appointment with another rheumatologist! And when I called about the bill I was told that they would “review” it and if they found a message they’d take care of it. Then the girl HUNG UP yet again on me!

I have been going to this clinic for many years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I originally had 2 drs here. A rheumatologist and endocrinologist. After going to Siddiqui 1 time she told me my issues were "just your fibro" and unless I did accupuncture she couldn't help me. Because of her lack of a bedside manner, care and interest in her patient (me) , other than my waste of time and gas to drive 40 miles.. no big deal. I found another dr and actually have at least 5 auto immune diseases . Dr Bao is awesome and cares about his patients. I noticed a change few years ago and it seemed as if everyone at the front desks had major attitudes and it was a bother to check you in and out.. I guess because they actually had to quit eating and gossiping and wait on people . I don't remember signing any form saying I would pay a $30 fee for not giving 24 hr notice for cancelling an appointment .. even if I did.. how am I supposed to know 24 hrs in advance that I was going to have vehicle trouble and not be able to make it to my appt.? They sent me a bill, I called and explained once again why I cancelled .. On the telehealth appt. Dr Bao had told me they would send me the date of my next appt. Well months later and I still never heard anything so i called to make an appointment and was told my account was locked because I hadn't paid the $30 fee. The woman at the front desk gets an attitude and starts smarting off. I called to get a refill and was informed they wouldn't refill until I had an appointment . I am now without my thyroid medication, having to wait at least a month for a referral to go thru my insurance then probably another 2-4 weeks before I can actually get in to another dr. They do not care about the patients as long as they can sit on their fat as$3$, eat , not wait on patients and still draw a check .. well unless you are black because they are obviously prejudice against white people . I love Dr Bao but absolutely do not recommend this place and after reading all the other reviews I'm surprised this place is still even open. If a zero star was an option that is what I would give
