HORRIBLE. i’ve been trying to get an appointment since last week and they had me fax in the referral from the doctors office and told me it takes 48 hours to receive
 i’ve never heard of that but okay. i called back two days later, “still wasn’t in the system” i called back monday, they still don’t have it in the system and sometimes it may take longer than “48 business hours” because they’re closed on the weekends.. i called today and she told me she still doesn’t see the script and NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN the number i’ve been calling the whole time is the wrong number although it’s the appointment center & i need an appointment. not only is all this frustrating, you have to go through automated calling every time to get to a person. i hung up and called a local office and got an appointment for thursday WITHOUT having to fax my referral. I can just bring it in with me. this place sucks. don’t book an ultrasound here or anything if it’s urgent because they can care less.

Just went to this location to be seen they said to be there at 445 I waited until 527 no one came to say anything I was not seen when I tried to ask how much longer the lady that checked me in was very rude mind you this is a second appointment since the stuart location refused to see me which they then referred me to an urgent care 10 minutes away when I got there the place was closed for business waited for this appointment and now this!!!! I am terribly disappointed with this entire situation the service provided and yes I left without being seen . I am very upset .people that go to the doctor /urgent care/hospital are sick or in pain or has some kind of discomfort they don’t just go there to waste time or feel worse .

I came for a ultrasound test about a month ago and I was thoroughly impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff, how they got me in for my test on time, and how very easy it was to get it done. It's so nice to see a place that values people and values their time.

When you walk in the door places cleaned tidy and I'm good feeling all the specialist this place are special they take care of you they understand what you need and they go out of their way to help you it's the only X-ray place her imaging place I will go never had a bad experience and had a lot of CTS MRIS chest shoulder and everything was just great thank you God bless you all hard Howard
