I visited this hospital this morning 12/8/24. The doctor (Dr..Singer) was very nice. He explained what was going on with me and had my tests ordered very quickly. He checked on me a few times then came back to fill me in on the results of my tests ordered . Very professional doctor and you can tell he really cares. As a matter of fact Nurse Jennifer (Jen) was beyond nice. She was friendly and truly cared about how I was feeling. She explained my discharge directions clearly. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

we were just in their ED for respiratory issues but we were seen after two and a half hours, on top of this my daughter was never given anything to alleviate her respiratory distress.. my daughter was not even hooked to any monitors, where is ABC? vitals were taken by registration and we didnt get see a nurse until after 2 1/2 hrs. Definitely not going back to any of cleveland's hospital!

I would absolutely give this hospital 0 stars if I could. They are so unprofessional. The staff has the worst attitude ever and they don’t know anything. Any question that was asked the answer was “I don’t know”. My father in-law was brought to this hospital by ambulance, I wish they didn’t bring him to a hospital that doesn’t have a room for him. In that case I would expect people that are supposed to help people to direct someone who needs care somewhere to a place that can accommodate to the needs of their patients but all this hospital wants is money. My father in-law was pale from head to toe sick to his stomach and was found passed out on his bathroom floor when they brought him the this place he was put in a back consult room, it was hot in there with no where for him to lay down and that’s all he wanted to do. When we asked for a room they couldn’t provide one, when we asked how long it would be till we were able to at least get him on a bed they said they couldn’t tell us because they were so full. My father in-law is in so much pain at this point is willing to leave the hospital. As we say we will just leave that’s when the doctor or PA or whatever he was comes in didn’t even tell us his name and asks what’s going on. He doesn’t know and can’t tell us anything. He starts having an attitude with us when we ask how long it’ll be for a bed and if it’s going to be long we would just leave because he’s so uncomfortable and at this point and my father in-law is laying on the floor in this consult room. Then this guy leaves and checks what his vitals where because they didn’t tell us what they were when he came in and he tells us if we leave it will be against medical advice. He raises his voice and says “look we’re trying to do what we can” and then leaves the room and I didn’t see him after that. Then one of the nurses comes in with a consent form for releasing him against medical advice this is when I stepped in and told them we are not leaving or signing that, we need to have him transferred to a hospital that has a room for him and he can get the proper care he needs. They started to say that it wouldn’t be that easy to do because their transport team “could” be busy and that they would have to have the doctor approve and it could take long so I said “I don’t care it’s better then him laying on the floor in this room with no care” and I asked to speak to the doctor and they left and not even 5 minutes later there is a knock on the door and we magically have a room ready for him. Thankfully while he’s back there he’s getting the fluids he needs and he regains his color back in his body but his vitals are super low. He was probably in that room for about 2 hours with low blood pressure and low heart rate and saw the doctor once right at the end when they took him out of the room to discharge him!!! WHY ARE WE DISCHARGING SOMEONE YOU MADE STAY UNDER MEDICAL ADVICE WITH LOW BLOOD PRESSURE AND LOW HEART RATE!!!! This hospital is absolutely just about their money. You can tell no one really cares about the patients wellbeing yet just can’t wait for that paycheck to hit their banks. I can’t believe this is what our healthcare system has come to. This hospital needs to do better. I know this won’t change much but I’m writing this for people have this knowledge.

I had my birth here and it was phenominal! The staff is so caring, kind and they provided amazing care. The birthing suites are huge and include tubs. Def take a tour before you give birth! 10/10!

The visit was excellent. From the security guards at the door to the billing clerk, everyone was polite, kind and helpful. We had an ER visit for my daughter and the care was amazing. I’m so grateful for their patience, knowledge and professionalism. Reading the reviews had me a little nervous but word of mouth is what helped me make my final decision. I saw many poor reviews and wanted to do my part in letting others know, their ER was phenomenal. Never experienced such an amazing seamless ER visit. Lastly, they were efficient. We transitioned through each phase fairly quickly. Great job Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital, 10/10.

The Emergency Room was frustrating for sure! We were there for 4 hours and still didn't see the nurse assigned to my friend! The other nurses were pleasant when we asked for a nurse and kept saying she was busy, but she'll be here soon. It never happened. Meanwhile, my friend was in pain but didn't get pain medication until she was moved to the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor staff was very pleasant and a total contrast to the ER staff. I remember the ER being much better than this experience. Hopefully it was just a bad day and not the norm.

I went in the other day and was attended to by Teresita in triage and she was amazing, she constantly checked on me, was very kind, gentle, sweet and very professional. She took great care of me constantly kept me updated on what was going on. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay which was a lot shorter than I thought. The PA on this shift was also very professional and attentive. Lastly Debbie the nurse was also very attentive and kind. The emergency department deserves a 5 star rating for their efficiency and professionalism! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My elderly father was admitted to the hospital and was in the ICU for several days. I honestly didn’t know if he would make it. My dad received excellent care. The facility is beautiful and the staff did a great job of answering my questions and helping me understand what the next steps would be for his care. I want to say thank you to all of nurses and doctors for an outstanding job. God bless you.
