I called and made an appt and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and so helpful. I arrived and the front desk ladies were fabulous. They were friendly and helped me get checked in. I went into the room and the lady made me feel comfortable and talked me through the process of things. I would say the atmosphere of the place is friendly and professional. Everyone was really sweet and helpful. Thank you all for what you do!

Very unprofessional clinic. Denied my 82 year old mother a much-needed CT scan procedure because they failed to read the patient preprocedure forms which identified a past problem with contrast intake. The office failed to communicate that they could not perform the CT, even though the appointment was confirmed by telephone and text. She went to the appointment only to be turned away. They then made excuses for not having adequate emergency medical capability to treat a patient should they have a reaction to CT contrast. They further claimed they were unable to contact the patient, even though I spoke with the office prior to her appointment. This was very poor patient service, I recommend you use another clinic for your imaging needs.

Update: I was supposed to get 2 mri’s and they moved one due to a issue with us imaging update: they got me in for the first one but due to me no fault of them I have to re due the one will update stars and review after next appt on 10/24

For a walk in place, you get seen pretty quick, the staff is super nice. They offer free Wi-Fi as well as a kiddie corner and complimentary coffee. Usually fresh if not they remake it if you ask nicely.

Office manager Jennifer, front desk Georgette, and technician Candice were outstanding. Very helpful. Kris at the front desk is very unapproachable, rude, and disrespectful. She had an attitude during the entire check in process and was slamming things around. Very unprofessional. Not a good first impression for someone who has never been to the facility prior.
