Very unprofessional. The front desk receptionist ladies that sits at the front desk, rude, disrespectful, and lack of communication. I’ve been to this clinic several times over the years. I’m fed up! I will never return again. I would never recommend anyone to come to this unprofessional clinic. There’re quick to accept Oregon health Plan! but, when you have private Insurance which state on there website they take many different insurance. There an urgent care and primary clinic. Without even calling and confirming , she automatically deny me services. She wants me to do her job and call my insurance and have them call her. I gave her the number to my insurance and the group ID number to verify. She still was on some BS.
Very disappointing! Because the doctor and his wife is familiar with me, very nice people, but the receptionists they got working for them need to go. 5-5=0 star!

I’ve had work a physical & a school physical with immunizations here. Decent experience. The office staff has been fine. People just aren’t warm & friendly like they used to be. At least here you can go up to a person to check in & speak with a human & aren’t checking in at a kiosk with no people around. You can get what you need done with relative speed & be on your way.

Bad customer service. They forgot or didn't send a doctor order to a hospital. We didn't receive a phone call from hospital for appointment for 2 weeks. I had to call to the hospital to make the appointment and found out they didn't send the order. Called the clinic and all they said was "oh, I still see the order is still here and not send. Did you call the hospital?". They want the patient do their job.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. Find somewhere else with an interpreter ( if you need it)

This establishment is the worst. I called to have them send my prescription info to a different pharmacy, well they ain’t finna do that so now ig I’m just gonna be off my crazy meds.

Don't go here!!! This clinic is terrible. I do not recommend it. The front desk is unbearably slow and unprofessional. I went for an impromptu appointment, arrived just a minute late, and they made me reschedule. They are very rude and racist. Avoid this place at all costs.

Update: turns out I was misdiagnosed with allergies here. I told NP I never had allergies my whole life, but she didn't listen, insisted that this wasn't a bacterial infection. Well, I saw my PCP today and guess what. They said I do have a bacterial infection, and I needed antibiotics, which they prescribed for me immediately. I hope this NP learns not to belittle and disregard patients who advocate for themselves with good reason. This is now my 9th day of being sick, and I've never been sick for this long. I would be feeling better by now if I got the right diagnosis and the treatment I needed.

NP cared more about her ego than listening to my concerns. I asked for second opinion from MD, refused. NP then wrote vindictive notes in my chart about how I have poor insight and I got aggitated, despite the fact that all I did was cry in frustration and beg her to listen to me. The only compassion I received was from the clinic staff nurse.
Never coming here again.
