Best Mammogram experience! The technician was very kind and understanding and made me feel at ease! Got the results in less then 2 hours and will return to this facility next year because of a wonderful experience!!!

Went there a few times already just to get told I need to pay or leave. Nice people that take care of me but apparently there's a communication problem or doctors that don't want to show up to work to give the results. I'm still waiting. Been 3 days now and I still don't know my results. Also went to a couple times to get test done. And they fail to tell me I have to pay money instead of my insurance cover in it after I got there and waited over a half hour. Regardless what we agreed on on the phone. Everything was different when I showed up. I do not wish to go to that place again. Unorganized. Seems like a scam. If you want money when I visit for an appointment you should let me know ahead of time. But I was told they cannot help me unless I pay. So those who have insurance and don't have money to put down on the doctor bill when you visit. You do not want to go there.

All staff exhibited a high degree of professionalism. My technician was personable and sensitive to my comfort. Her instructions were clear and her attitude empathic and kind. I am happy with the care I received and the rapid provision of test results. Overall an excellent experience.

Not a good experience. When I scheduled, they called me back four times to confirm my insurance information. Each call lasting more than 20 minutes. I kept repeating myself and the woman on the other line was just talking out loud about work and other things. I went in for my appointment 15 minutes early as told. I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time. Finally, I received an email saying my results were ready on MyChart. I log in and there is nothing available. I call the engagement line and get bounced around. They aren’t sure if my records were uploaded to someone else’s chart (WTF). Still no resolution.

The women at the facility were nice, but overall this place is very unorganized.

Had blood drawn. I have very difficult veins. First time in years someone found a vein in my arm. Very impressed. Also, Kathy in non-invasive cardiology was super. Explained everything in detail dealing with my monitor.

The health care staff was super nice and professional throughout my testing. She took her time to explain everything that was going to happen at each step of the CT scan. I would definitely choose this facility in the future if given the opportunity when scheduling.
