From the front desk Lisa to discharge. Everyone was phenomenal. Greeted professionally. Waited less than 3 minutes the nurse Christina was coming to get me. She was very kind and professional as well. The Dr. Nelson was awesome. She listen to me. She heard what i had to say and provided me the same care my pulmonlogist wouldve given me. What really resonated with me was the fact that she actually read my chart prior to coming in my room to see me. She came in prepared to hear me and treatment accordingly... My discharge nurse Rachelle. Great Team

Took my daughter here yesterday when she fell ill and it was a seamless, quick trip given how sick she was.
Lady at check in was super friendly, and unfortunately had to clean up my daughter’s throw up in the lobby (I offered to.. again, so sorry).
The wait was less than 20 min, and once in a room, the nurse made sure she was comfortable and asked if we needed anything. Gave her a dose of Tylenol when she realized she was running fever…
Dr was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. Thanks for taking care of us, Moses Cone-Kernersville.

All the staff was wonderful from the Front Office, to the nurse, NP, and in Imaging. The wait for what they had control over was acceptable and timely. The imaging results were very delayed and I was discharged with a preliminary reading by the Urgent Care NP. I felt comfortable with this as I trusted their care and judgment due to the overall experience.

I've been coming here for over 8 years. Best doctors! Best staff ever! They truly do show they care about their patients. The new hours are awesome. Staying open til 8 pm through the week helps so much, especially since I couldn't get there until 7 last night. You could tell the doctor was tired, and he still treated me with the utmost respect and listened to my needs. I'll never go anywhere else!

The extremely professional staff provided excellent care and service. Absolutely no waiting, I was seen immediately. Dr. Nelson is amazing. She actually listened to me, showed compassion and concern for my wellbeing. I highly recommend Cone Health Urgent Care-Kernersville.

We had to make an emergency trip to Cone urgent care in Kernersville last night due to my husband cutting his hand. The staff was very nice and Michael Ragan did an awesome job stitching my husbands hand up.
My husband was very pleased with his experience there last night.

Sadly my husband was there 2 days ago saw Micheal Ragan, sad part is I was there today saw Sue Nelson. We both are sick. However we got the best care from both practitioners. Both practitioners were thorough with our exams and diagnosis. Very clean environment and friendly staff all around. We Highly recommend this urgent care to help get you better!
