I came in on a Wednesday night at 830 pm and waited in the waiting room for 9 hrs before they wanted to see me. They never asked me any questions at the beginning like who my insurance was. There were many people that came in after me and they were even seen before me. They treated me like I wasn’t important and didn’t have a good enough reason or urgent enough to be treated by them. I came in for having a panic attack and there excuse as to why they couldn’t do anything for me or help me in any sort of way after waiting for 9 hrs and then having no compassion or empathy for having to wait, waste my time and be told by someone on the phone that they could help me for my reasons and they pretty much said they can’t prescribe the medication I need because their an urgent. Care. Then changed their reasoning and said well I would prescribe or give you a refill but since you see a physiatrist I can’t do anything and go against her advice or protocol even to just prescribe a few until I figured out what to do as I’m not seeing that psych doc anymore. Then he just tells me to go to ER because they could do something. I saw doctor Samuel Wilson. Nurse or med assistant was super nice though . But seems as if they treat me like this because I have Medicaid . I haven’t been able to find good care anywhere . Seems it’s the same story no matter where I go and the more they know about you the more they refuse to care for you. That’s the sad truth . I was warned this about having Medicaid too that you get doctors that won’t do anything for you . Their afraid to get in trouble for something is what it seems like to me and most all of them treat you like your being punished for trying to get help . Everything changed after I started seeing doctors here in Missouri. If someone has a good reference for a doctor that really wants to help them r has seen for a while and is trustworthy please let me know.

The wait was a bit long, but that was to he expected with a walk in clinic. The dr. And all nurses were so kind to us. They explained each and everything they were going to do to him and when he got nervous about the stitches the doctor was absolutely wonderful with helping calm his nerves.

Horrible experience, grossly predatory billing. I went in for an allergic reaction, presenting with rash and pain on my arms, confusion, and difficulty remaining conscious. I was left in the waiting room for an hour, then moved to a back room for multiple hours where I was left unmonitored while I lost consciousness multiple times. The nurse insisted having a panic attack and should go to the ER. When I was seen by a doctor four hours later I was given steroids and sent home. Months later I was billed for ER rates, and when I called for explanation was met with awful customer service telling me there was a sign on the window that I should have seen "explaining what an Urgent Care Plus is". I was not personally informed of this, and as I was at the time struggling to remain conscious I also was unable to read the sign. The only reason I went here was because it was the only urgent care open at such a late hour, and I chose urgent care to avoid high ER bills. This location holds no regard for their patients, fails to offer even average care when they claim to offer higher levels of care, and charges for ER services when subpar services are offered.

I was very disappointed with my visit. I had a piece of metal in my eye and came here because this was the only place open. The doctor clearly didn’t know what he was doing and picked around for awhile only to tell me to go to a specialist. The specialist told me that the doctor had done more damage to my eye than good. He said the doctor had picked so deep it will cause permanent damage. Definitely do not go here for eye trouble. I don’t know how they are on other issues, but they clearly don’t know eyes.

BEWARE! This is not your ordinary urgent care. They will charge you an Emergency room deductible. I was charged $250 for what I thought was just a regular urgent care visit which generally cost me $25. I contacted Cox regarding this charge and they said I should have read the door and that it is clearly marked. Very disappointed with that answer and do believe there needs to be more transparency at this location. Who reads the doors

I had to bring in my family for being in a fender bender. I brought in my niece and nephew sister in law and mother. The nurse who took care of my sister in law and her kids was very rude. She came back to do registration and LITERALLY slammed the door shut. She had dyed hair color short black hair. And the adult urgent care the nurse acted like we were bugging them but laughing.

This place is horrible. Go somewhere else.
Conflicting story of events from the dr and nurses that my daughter experienced when going there for her dizziness, chest pain, shaking spells. Not confident that she got any genuine beneficial treatment whatsoever here!!
Sent her home without even doing an iv for fluids, no urine test, and her blood test was perhaps not taken accurately and her monitor not working. Saaaay what?

I had to go here twice in one week. The wait time was very fast, which was so nice with a sick kiddo. The nurses and doctors were over the top friendly with my kiddo. The facility was clean, and very easy to access.
