Decided to give them a first time try because reviews looked good but I was highly disappointed at the results I got. Over charged first off for some simple mid plain black nails,,,and did not do a good job at all the man at table 2 with the glasses cut me a few times with the tools and did not clean up my nails after also did not fill my whole nail with power he left some areas not done so you can see my nail underneath. I had to ask him to fix one of my nails right because when he first started to apply the nail it was extremely crooked.i wanted to get diamonds but after this I was just ready to pay and leave.!!Highly dissatisfied!!!! I will never go back again.

This place is my Oak Cliff go to now. I love my cat eye nails. They have a great happy hour special between 10-2 on Tuesdays through Friday. They are quick and efficient. Jessie is the nicest. I am in here everything couple of weeks and I will continue to come here regularly.

Terrible Service & Unprofessional Behavior

I usually go to my regular nail tech, but since she’s out of the country, I decided to try this place based on a recommendation that Jessie was great. What I didn’t know is that Jessie is the owner, and unfortunately, she runs her business in a completely unprofessional way.

I arrived early in the morning during a slow time and asked for Jessie, who informed me she had an appointment but didn't think the client would show up. She agreed to do my nails and had me start with a pedicure with a young technician. I specifically requested the $40 pedicure, but it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The entire service lasted less than 11 minutes, with no scrubbing, no sugar scrub, and no proper cuticle work. I politely mentioned to the technician that I was surprised at how fast the service was, and I even pointed out that another customer with the same package was getting a much more thorough pedicure. He told me "everyone does it differently" and walked away, offering no explanation or attempt to correct the service. I also asked for some lotion or oil for my feet since nothing had been applied.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, when it was time for my full set, the technician told me Jessie refused to do my nails. I went to Jessie directly, and she said she didn’t want to do my nails because I complained about the pedicure. I explained that it was only 11 minutes and I was polite in addressing my concerns. Jessie yeld at me and said “it’s 10:34am he did your pedicure for 34 mins”. I informed her that I sat there for 10 mins and spent minutes speaking to him about my pedicure after he said it was done. Jessie became extremely defensive, aggressive, and loud. I couldn’t believe that the owner of the salon would act this way toward a paying customer. It was clear that she wasn’t interested in resolving the issue, but instead preferred to belittle me for expressing my dissatisfaction.

I ended up paying for the pedicure, though it was poorly done, and left. I will never return to this salon. A business owner should know how to handle customer complaints and work to meet customer needs. Instead, I was treated poorly, dismissed, and subjected to unnecessary aggression.

I'm new to the area and this was my second time visiting D'ACE. Both times they did such a wonderful job on my nails and pedicure. Ventured out of my comfort zone and opted for a longer coffin style french design and I LOVE THEM! It's really nice that all the colors are already gel so there is no upcharge for shellac on your toes. I usually pay an extra $15-$20 at other places.

I do recommend calling ahead to make an appointment if you go because the times I have been they have stayed pretty busy. I haven't done a design myself but saw some on others and they do awesome artistry.

Came here because my nail place was too packed and now this is my go to spot. I won’t go anywhere else. You can just have her freestyle and your nails look cute all the time. When you have a nail tech that you can’t make your mind up and just say make them cute and they make them even better, there’s no need to go anywhere else!!

Did not even know this place existed until now! Sam was quick and did my nails so perfect. I haven’t had my nails done in months and this was by far the best experience I have had with a nail salon in a long time. Will definitely be back with my bestie again.

I love this nail shop. The ambience is really beautiful and relaxing. I have been getting my nails done by Jesse for four years now and I will follow her wherever she goes. She’s exceptional at what she does! Please go and support this nail shop. You won’t be disappointed.
