Super fast service from DC DIAGNOSTICS. I got stranded when my car broke down and after sending a message to state my exact whereabouts, Dougie called me direct and was with me when he said he would be. My car was towed to the garage.. no hassle, no drama! Highly recommended! Super grateful!

Yeah, they also don't take accountability for their actions.

I've left a previous comment. Due to the ill mannered behaviour of your driver.
At the end of the day. The problem was between green flag and your company. But your driver decided to call me poor by saying I couldn't afford it while shouting at me. Do you really think that's acceptable behaviour? I didn't raise my voice until I'd been berated by your driver for 5 minutes then I phoned green flag to clear up the situation for him. Which he could have done himself. But no he'd rather take it out on me and my 6 year old son who was crying when we got in the house. And yet you show no remorse or apology. Your a horrible buisness. How can you operate like that?

He made us fear for our safety as he threatened to throw us out on the road.

I would love to see that cab footage. As I know I'm in the right.

Had my car recovered by these guys. There was some confusion with the insurance company. The recovery guys said I had to pay but the insurance said I didn't. Instead of calmly sorting this with my insurance company he decided shouting at me and my 6 year old son about it would be a better option. He then called me poor and said I probably couldn't afford to be recovered.
I had plenty in my wallet but I wasn't giving him anything because my insurance said I didn't have to.
Actually caused my son and myself some trauma. He also threatened to throw us both out on the middle of the motor way.

Fantastic service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Battery drained and couldn’t get the car started at all. Came out very quick and gave us a jump start free of charge. Thanks so much again.

There's nothing this guy can't fix. . . Thought I had major gearbox problems . . Diagnosed and repaired in the half hour he was at my van. . . Used this company a few times and can't find fault with them . . Dougie is a big gentleman. THANK YOU
