My husband and i received a gift card from one of our guests for £150. We used it on two occasions but on the second occasion we were advised that the voucher had nothing on it. We were left red faced and paying the whole amount due to this confusion. We contacted D&D to be advised that the voucher (which had £70 o/s) had expired as not used within the 12 months and it was up to the buyer (our guest) and us to establish the terms and that the card had the date of purchase on it. we advised that under the circumstances people dont keep the envelope the card came with and that the card failed to state the date of purchase for this term to be upheld. The response was lacking any logic and was in fact dismissive to say the least. D&D you are thieves who were given cash in good faith to provide an experience for us but instead pocketed the money and left us giftless.

My parents received a 50 year wedding anniversary gift experience with Virgin. They were unable to use it in time AND were made aware of the timescales on the actual card. They contacted Virgin who advised that the date could be extended and / or change the experience. THIS is good service and appreciative of what they are holding, namely, a promise to allow customers to use the money tied in to them (in lieu of a cash gift!)

Shame on you D&D and shame on your mean spirited and uncaring ways.

Have had the dubious delight of D&D vouchers, received before covid. Tried to use for a home picnic only to discover they were not valid for this. Had them extended due to covid, contact was reasonable. Recently asked for them to be further extended and received good communication and they were extended for a month. Which was insufficient for my needs. Have since been totally blanked and have received no response to either multiple emails or answer phone messages during Sept 2021. Hopeless service. Had to use the vouchers without family due to this. Not at all happy and will never touch or recommend anyone to get D&D vouchers.
As a note the restaurant was excellent and would use again

Took the money on the 6th Feb food didn't arrive, was due for valentine's Day. Customer services initially blamed the courier service, but after some digging found out that they had never sent it!

Still waiting for a refund for £104 spent, was due back today..

Have contacted them several times by email and telephone calls regarding my gift voucher. Had one reply from Gloria Incandela but she’s never sorted it out or come back to me again. Surprisingly she has also given D and D a 5 star review on here? How many other employees have written the positive reviews. Is it just the customers doing the negative ones? I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Received a gift card for a specific restaurant which has since closed. I contacted D&D who promptly sent out a replacement which could be used at any of their restaurants, which arrived the day after I emailed them.

came to madisons on a thursday at 4.30pm wanted a minium spend of £55 for a table for me that is ridicolous and insulting. Completely put me off your restaurants!
