Hi, I went in to the new children’s urgent care at literally 8:54p & they close at 9p Monday-Friday I believe & they still took me in. My children & I were the only ones there so the intake was very fast. I did not have much interaction with them whatsoever since we were literally there for like 15 minutes or so. I only answered questions they asked but they mainly asked my 9 y old how she felt since she could communicate effectively & I only answered other questions but was there in the room with her of course. The staff were fast, friendly, and patient which was great. I was in & out extremely fast which was also beneficial. I was the only one there with my children which is another plus but that might have been because it was too late. Another plus was that they was me literally minutes before closing and they didn’t push me away & they were still kind. They gave my 2 children stickers 🩵. The doctor answered my questions and I called after hrs (9:22pm) due to the pharmacy being closed and the doctor still answered the phone & changed pharmacy for me which is another plus. The waiting room does have table and chairs for kids with some type of block/ table toys to keep kids entertained which is good. So far I do like it for children

Best care I’ve ever received in an urgent care! Most of all the Dr. made my sick child feel comfortable to be able to correctly diagnose. He listen and checked her even better than her pediatric office. I wish this Dr. had his Pediatric office to take my children for routine visits and care

I recommend this doctor to all of my family and friends! The doctor there is amazing he doesn’t prescribe medicine if he doesn’t have to. He remembered my son from last year. I feel like he really puts children first! Also the staff is extremely friendly and their office and rooms are so kid friendly with art and tvs. It’s all about kids and I love it 👏

As a parent of three we have been to urgent cares across the country. We visited this one on Thanksgiving after our 6 year old split his chin open. Likely the friendliest staff we have ever encountered and this was on a Holiday!! They were also amazingly quick and efficient. Hope I don’t have to go back, but I definitely would choose this location again!

I have horrible experiences at urgent cares for my daughter. Usually she is and out with little no to no attention. I didn't want to take her to ER or to the same urgent care as pervious. I knew she wasn't well and I had to search urgent care for kids near me. Im so thankful to have found this office!! From receptionist to medical assistants to the main doctor, super friendly! Very thoughtful to my concerns and knew I wanted to best care for my daughter. Thankyou to the male medical assistance for your help and understanding to explain to the doctor my concerns so he can help me with the best medical attention she needed. Definitely coming back here!!

I am so glad, I found out about this place! when your child is sick a urgent care just for them is wonderful and after hours is great! my child got treated and home, is a great comfort.
