I’ve always had a great experience, however this time the scheduling dept did not confirm my appt (even though I called to confirm the week before and they re-confirmed the date and time) and I was told I was not in system on arrival. Luckily, the lady on-site called a supervisor (Rosalind) and they confirmed the error was on their part and were able to assist me and do the test I needed that day. Other than this hiccup, service is always very nice and pleasant!!

I had a great experience here for an ultrasound. The front desk staff was efficient and the office was very clean. The ultrasound technician was friendly and professional. I was an able to get a sooner appointment by calling to see if they had cancellations. I was in and out of the office within an hour with my results.

Feels like it’s designed and run by women for women. Technician had many years of experience, was knowledgeable, efficient, clear and compassionate. My gynecologist recommended this diagnostic center over others in Miami for a mammogram when I voiced concern about using too much unnecessary compression, and I can see why. I am happy with my experience there.

I have been coming to the Diagnostic Center for years and the service has always been excellent, professional, and the staff goes out of their way to make everyone comfortable with the different diagnostic testing that they are having done. I’ve been coming to the Diagnostic Center of Miami for a couple of years now, and every visit reminds me why I keep choosing them for my health needs. On my most recent visit, even though I was the last patient of the day, the technician took excellent care of me with such professionalism and kindness. I was treated with respect and a genuine smile, making the whole experience comfortable and reassuring.
To top it off, the coffee machine in the waiting area is a lovely touch, and as I was leaving, the front desk staff even offered me a delicious cookie, which was such a nice gesture. It’s the little things like this that make all the difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a diagnostic center that truly values and cares for its patients!

Having mammograms & pelvic exams is not my favourite way to pass the time but when I have to do them again, I am ABSOLUTELY coming back to Diagnostic Center for Women. It is SO well organized! Runs like a well oiled machine and I barely had to wait. They expertly scheduled my multiple procedures one after the other and I was led to each one by their amazing staff. Very "white-glove" service vibe! Everyone was beyond professional & nice & helpful. Standouts included Tammy (pelvic exam) and Monica (mammogram) & the super nice lady who refilled the bowl of delicious Biscoff cookies (YES! those amazing airplane cookies!). All in all, what is generally a very unpleasant experience is turned all the way around by each & every lady at this amazing establishment. These people actually CARE about you & how you feel & they make sure you know it. It makes it all the more special considering my very first mammogram experience a few years ago was the stuff of nightmares (I'm looking at you Miami Breast Institute). Highly recommend booking any & all female services here. They're fantastic!
