I had 2 MRIs today and Sharon was phenomenal! She was extremely accommodating to ensure I was 100% comfortable with my positioning during the tests etc. And, It was also very helpful having her communicate the progress along the way. I could not have had a better experience today! (Full transparency, the last MRI I had there a few years ago was not at all like the experience I had today.)

Small and friendly. Never had to wait past my appointed time. For my last MRI I was in and out the door in one hour. If you have a large deductible on your insurance, this place averages about 50%-70% of what you'd pay to get scanned at a hospital satellite location. Only drawback is your scan won't be in the Tower Health networked system.

Jody and her team are wonderful. They each are Kind professional as well as compassionate . The scheduling was easy the MRI its self was relaxing. They made sure I was comfortable and warm.

The staff are extremely friendly. Always prompt testing. Never had to wait. Pricing of MRI's much lower than other area centers. Highly recommend.

I have been charged the wrong amount twice and had to pay not only almost double but also interest on my payments. Make sure they actually contact your insurance. Also went over the transcripted MRI with another dr to notice their radiologist was not entirely accurate.
