I thought it was important to right this review because of all the horrible experiences I’ve had with local healthcare facilities. From the I walked in to the time I left everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful! The dr that preformed my mri was excellent! He did all he could do to make sure I was comfortable and not stressed bout the mri, which I’ve had several in my lifetime and this is the best experience I’ve ever had!!! So this is where I’ll request to be sent every-time I need imaging!!! Thank you to all the staff for your kindness, it was very much appreciated!!

I tried to work in good faith with the hospital but it is impossible. Everyone wants to pin the HealthCare cost problems on the insurance companies but it is just a s much or more at the fault institutions like this.

I called my insurance company and confirmed that the hospital was in network. I then spoke with the scheduling team to confirm the price for a CT scan for a child with insurance. We go thru the process of scheduling in mid December 2024 and are quoted $400 with our insurance for an the earliest available appointment in January.

We show up and after the deductible and a 20% co-pay it is stated that if we pay in full it is over $1,200 with insurance. After explaining the situation, the response is essentially "Well our scheduling department quoted you for 2024 not 2025. Sorry but this is the price now." Keep in mind we called them in December specifically for an appointment in January also stating that we could schedule with other hospitals. They then proceed to state that if you pay out of pocket it is only $650.

I call my insurance and of course the the price is half at hospitals in Houston & $800 at Scoot and White.

But of course this is a 4-year old who has to get this done so you get to charge whatever you want. Once again you ask your customers to act in good faith and screw them every time blaming the insurance company, or the other department, or anybody but yourselves. How can every other industry in the country provide a price before a service is performed, except for the medical industry. Do better as the service that was displayed today was awful.

They lost my appointment early in June. Had me reschedule to July 5th... then lost my results and never sent them out to my doctor who referred me there. THEN had me go back and do the imaging again, only to still not send out my results to my doctor. Now they are saying that I need to have my doctor request the results again. and the doctor is saying I need to go request them myself and fax to them... so frustrating messy and unorganized .... its the middle of August and I still do not have ANY results its been 3.5 months.

I have called the imaging office manager twice and left VMs and still no call back no vm left, nothing.

They will turn you away despite having insurance authorization. They are completely rude and unprofessional.

Was not busy. Got registered right away. Waited about 15 minutes. Guy doing the MRI was very patient and caring with my teenager who was nervous. Thanks Eric!!!

If you have a choice, avoid this place.
