Extremely professional staff, but also not lacking the human element. They were incredibly courteous to me as a first-time patient, very understanding about my situation. Even did their best to make me comfortable when I expressed reservations about my body image.
And they took my insurance, always a plus!

Worst billing department in the history of customer service.
Every single employee they have in office is incredible, but the billing... WOOF. I have been trying to get a bill to finish a workers comp claim for 4 months. I am currently "In queue position 1" and have been for 65 minutes. I call every single day, just to get this bill. They are holding up an entire case. The voicemail has been full since June. They never set me up in the portal, so I cannot access it myself. I am praying someone sees this and calls me or emails me, because the staff in office cannot help.

The doctor was nice. They sent my info to a bill collector 2 months later and never even sent me a bill, called, email, post office, no attempt to tell me i owed more than the copay i already paid. 2 week-days on hold with billing (overseas based on the one person i talked to in another department) , no answer after multiple hours on hold. Finally got ahold of real liberty office and was told I owe 300 more. How hard is it to send a bill!!! A debt collector before contacting the person seriously!!!!!

Front desk was very good and patient with me. But overall, I’m extremely disappointed in Diagnostic Imaging. Terrible communication and can’t get through to their billing department at all. My insurance has also not been able to get ahold of them. On hold forever and then tells you to leave a message but the box is full and you can’t.
I’ve had to reschedule twice now after showing up on time for my appointment. First time they scheduled me for the wrong type of imaging even though they had the doctors order. 2nd time they told me I was to pay $1,000 up front even though they are in network and I am not supposed to pay anything at the time of service.
I waited for an hour in the office for my insurance to try and get ahold of billing to resolve the issue, with no luck.
I will not be going back to them

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I went in for an arthrogram. The doctor (Saverino) was amazing! Very professional. The procedure was not as bad as I thought. The facility is very nice and clean. Everyone was so nice.

The day before my MRI was scheduled I got a call that my visit had not been pre-certified, and it was basically put upon me to get all the information taken care of. In the end, it was not pre-certified. It was a cluster I did not get my MRI, the person I was working with was very kind and seemed very helpful but she did blame the doctors office for not getting the insurance information to her correctly. When I talked to the doctors office, they said they did submit it correctly. I didn’t see the order so I cannot go for back that it was done or not. To be fair I do have two Blue Cross plans, but the Medicare is typically primary when you’re not working or have someone working. But my husband and I are retired so Medicare is primary. I received a call five minutes before I needed to leave for the MRI to try to submit additional information in order to get the appointment pre-APPROVED. I gave what was requested but It never got approved. I was at the office when I was told I couldn’t get my MRI. I’m getting shots in my shoulders tomorrow so needed the MRI done before that happened. I’m very disappointed in this process and diagnostic imaging. The appointment was made well in advance because you just can’t get in for MRIs at the last minute. It really should have been caught and done correctly.

My appointment was for 8 am. All the communication I got said to arrive at 730 am and failure to arrive at that time could result in a rescheduling situation. I arrived at 727am to find the doors locked. At 729 one staff went inside and opened the doors at 730. I sat in the lobby with no signs of any one until 740. At that time two women arrived to the front desk. At 746, a woman finally called my name. She never made eye contact and was so dry. Taking my payment and giving me papers to fill out. Customer service wasntf or her, Obviously. At 8 I was called back for the procedure and told it would take about half an hour. It took an hour. They crammed me in the machine and trapped the cords between my elbow and the machine. None of the staff were rude but they weren't friendly either. I will never choose this location again. The MRI machine was from te dark ages , and I am not pleased that I actually paid money for old technology and no customer service.

5-6-24 My name is Chris... I stopped in this morning for a ct-scan, and everyone seemed to be courteous and professional. I believe the young man who helped me was Daniel, again very courteous, explained the procedure. It was quik and he was able to give me the information to pass on to my physician in a quick manner as well. No problems from beginning to end, and I'll be back in two years for another scan. Thank you!
