The receptionists are unhappy with their work. To ask a simple question to get the website and book an appointment online by myself, they had me waiting for more than an hour, even though I told the receptionist that I only needed a short information, I went there because my clinic recommended me, during the course of that wait I noticed that two more people came out very upset by the treatment they were given. It was after an hour and a half of waiting that another person on their team gave us the information that they would not attend to us anymore. Because they had all the appointments covered for the day after waiting a long time and I only needed a little information which was the website of the place, it was until then when I could ask for information about other clinic locations and the website of the same. Likewise, I consider that the receptionists could improve their treatment of customers, it would help them a lot.

Go to this location because it's close to me. The staff is always nice. New this year though is the appointment process will not make an appointment unless insurance given first along with personal information that is usually given on the forms when you check in. The operater was also a little hard to understand had to ask her to repeat the questions several times.

Fantastic experience from the scheduling to the actual exam! Erin, the nurse for my HSG, was so nice and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The radiologist, Dr. Pippin I believe, was very quick and got me through the exam with very little discomfort. Would definitely come back to this clinic again for other exams!

Waiting in lobby while wife getting mri. Elderly lady came in struggling mightily to walk and receptionist gave her instructions which sounded to me to go to next room for check in. After walking into south room and to window limping and slow she was told it was wrong window and to return to north room. The receptionist at north window looked over to her and told he she said to sign in next to her window. Rather than simply handing the sign in clip board to her they made her once again walk around and sign in. They then called her name and the receptionist watched her slowly rise from chair, hobble slowly to her window then without even looking her in the eyes told her wrong window. She had ample time to have directed her and saved her the extra effort and distance by simply telling her as she walked towards her window. Horrendous to see this poor elderly woman treated in such a heartless way

Love this place genuine incomparable treatment. This is the customer service that Americans are used to old young any race size and education they are trained to handle is all with style and grace. I salute you all. And appreciate you. Keep it up. And you’ve been this way before and during this pandemic and I’m sure beyond. You guys should be the training unit of empathy and professionalism in one. ?

I wish I could remember the names of the two wonderful ladies that did my 3D mammogram & breast sonogram because they were so kind & comforting. The sonogram tech was so helpful & patient with my questions & concerns. I have been coming here for years & they are only getting better. I highly recommend this place. Being able to book appt online & fill out papers ahead of time online is so convenient also. Thank you all so much for your caring professional support!

I had a CT scan today and I could not be happier with the experience. The scan was ordered this morning and they were able to squeeze me in early this afternoon. I was running late and when my wife called to tell them they were very nice about it. The receptionist was friendly when we arrived, and I was on my way to be scanned shortly after filling out the paperwork. The technician (Andrew) that did the scan was personable and professional. His IV skills were top notch, he explained the procedure well, and he checked on my comfort level repeatedly throughout the scan. He explained my discharge instructions, and I was on my way home so fast I couldn't believe it. 5 stars all the way! Thanks!

Great staff! Everyone was so nice. They make you feel really at ease. They are very thorough. There was no wait period at all. Received my results a few minutes afterwards. I was in and out quickly.
