Everything about my visit to Diagnostic Imaging of Southbury was very positive. It's in a pleasant location, there's parking right out front. I was able to register online before my visit, so check in was a breeze. I was taken in almost immediately, and the tech was both friendly and professional. Great staff and great hours. I needed an MRI everything in Danbury was booking 30 days out. I called and explained that this may be cancer and the got me in in 4 days. It was cancer, their dedication to serve their patients may have saved my life.

After appointment:
Not able to get my results because my email is linked to my kids account. So if you plan on referring family members, be prepared to wait many days for results. They need IT to link accounts, get approval, etc. Not sure still waiting on results due to delay. A shame the team doesn't work together more.

This location and their service is great. A little hard to find behind the road-facing storefronts. I was able to book an appointment more quickly here for my MRI than any of the other 4 locations suggested by my doctor.

I have gone here twice in the last 3 months, x ray first, MRI most recently. Both experiences were very good. Very quick in and out, the place is spotless. I will choose to go here first if my insurance allows it.

I arrived and got a text message to check in from my car before entering. That took about 10 minutes to do, and then I finally entered the building. The receptionists were talking to each other so I just signed the clipboard that I was here and didn’t know anything else I needed to do being that it was my first time at this location.
After sitting around for over 10 minutes, somebody finally called my name and told me that I needed to tell the receptionist that I was here and that they didn’t know. Within minutes, I was called in for my mammography. The woman was very nice and very thorough. It was only uncomfortable for a matter of seconds.
All the people are very very nice. Nobody was in the waiting area when I left, but for some reason there were five people there when I arrived. A little more instruction on what to do when you arrive would be helpful. The location is getting remodeled so it was in disarray a little bit, but the seats were still comfortable and there were plenty of seats if you wanted to sit apart from other people.

Excellent experience. Checked in online before coming in and my wait time was less than 2 minutes. Technician was friendly, efficient, and respectful. She was thorough and completed all images quickly and accurately. Such a great experience. Upgrading to 5 ⭐️s!
