Very helpful and informative sessions. The scheduling process is seamless and we managed to get an appointment quickly with Ms Charlotte Manning in the Houston office. The testing environment is quiet and my child received a very comprehensive evaluation. The discussion of the results was very in depth with lots of detail and she was very patient and willing to address all questions, concerns and observations that I had. We received a lot of recommendations on the way forward following the diagnosis. Overall our experience was over five stars and I would definitely recommend Ms Manning to anyone who needs educational testing as we had such a positive experience.

A quick Google search led me to their website. The website highlighted all the services offered & resources available, such as the "Let's Talk Learning Disabilities" podcast & blogs which I found very beneficial. I immediately called the number listed on the website & the staff who answered the call was precise, knowledgeable & attentive. She gave an impressive summary of the services offered and got my daughter on the schedule for a comprehensive evaluation.

We arrived at the location on the scheduled date and met Ms. Manning - the Educational Diagnostician. She was very professional, courteous, detailed & thoughtful. She ensured my daughter was comfortable & she began the assessment. She also provided a timeline for the report & the follow-up visit. Ms. Manning meticulously went over the report at the follow-up visit to ensure that we understood the content in its entirety. Recommendations were made, and we had the opportunity to ask questions. She answered all questions with utmost courtesy. It is so inspiring to come across a provider who is thorough & dedicated to her profession. Highly recommended!

I recently had my child tested at the Diagnostic Learning Center. The process was easy and Mrs. Noelle was wonderful. She made my daughter feel so comfortable. I appreciate all her help. Then we came back to the facility two weeks later to go over the findings. Mrs. Manning was thorough in explaining the results. This place is the best! Scheduling the test was easy, the forms to fill out were simple, such friendly diagnosticians, they did an amazing job testing my child, and the follow up appointment was scheduled 10 days after the test date!!!!! I felt like I was all alone in fighting for my child’s needs. I went to them, they listened, and we got confirmation in all that my child needed.
