Very unprofessional clinic.

For the ultrasound department, Stuff do not pick up the phone nor provide clear instructions about the parking lot location even when they are on the phone. Eventually, you found the parking lot & arrived 10 minutes earlier. You found them let the phone ring focuing on their computer unsure why they are the receptionists. Regardless of the day before, they called and insisted that they were not unable to find the request autorisation even though they confirmed receiving it to schedule the appointment 2 months advanced. You needed to urge them not to cancel your appointment and call the insurance to verify persistently no matter how they were confidence their professionalism, procedures, and policies, etc. Then, they would call back to apologize after calling the insurance to verify and realize you gave them the right information and instructions. Therefore, you dont know how they work.

When you arrive 10 minutes early, they dont allow you to go to the bathroom but urge you to fill in their paperwork. You need to argue for your basic right with urgent needs. After you finish the bathroom and want to continue the paperwork, they urge you to get into the room and claim the practitioner is calling you without any explanation up front. When you are confused and question them insisting to have all paperwork done before seeing the practitioner, they challenged you to be "late", although the clock showed exactly on time for the scheduled appointment. Technically, you do not arrive 15 minutes early as they requested, which is considered late regardless of their problems, mistakes, miscommunication, and the time waste on the argument to the bathroom due to their faults.

For the MRI/CT area, the stuff always puts the speaker on when they call the patients, and the outside clinics related to the patients' emergency needs. They spoke loudly with the patient's names with the door and windows open, so all other patients waiting in the hallways transparently know what issues of one and other patients. No privacy and confidentiality practice.

They don't enforce mask requirements, even though we heard a patient kept coughing with NO mask, and another patient mentioned left from the hospital without wearing masks!

SMH!

The techs are nice. But the female tech Lora may be a Spanish speaker as she spoke broken English sentences that need to be clarified to clearly understand. She would fold the used blanket and place one top of the cleaned blanket. No hygiene practice or germs, virus, and bacteria considerations.

Don't come if you have another option. Or good luck.

Don’t come to this place to take x-ray. So much rude, no professional, so lazy……I took chest x-ray, I had to wait so long to take it then they said they would send the result to wellness mart but we haven’t got any x ray result, wellness mart didn’t get any Fax or email from them so I tried to call them many times but they didn’t do anything and I have to go there to get my chest x ray result but they didn’t want to give it to me, I really don’t know why. I really need the x ray result for my school before my class start, I really don’t know what I should do right now………

I am blind and suffer from cancer and this staff are extremely rude!! To start, the appointment lady gave me a hard time to schedule an appointment ,unhelpful she asked me to many questions and after Mrs. Mao finished with her torture heavy accent interrogation.She gave me an attitude because I was not able to understand her heavy accent .My question is why she waste my time with all those questions, if I have to bring my authorization, picture ID and insurance card ? I will never come back here. It is long wait time (despite having scheduled appointment ) and rudeness of the staff . Cherry on top they label me as a racist. I want to know who is the racist !
We the people of America, deserve love care from our care givers, that why we payed for, for a rotten attitude from arrogant unprofessional with no sense of humanity.

I have always had an extremely bad experience here: from the moment I've called into make an appointment, to the time I go in and am made to wait over an hour, and finally to when I leave. The receptionist are rude and just want to hang up on you. I wanted to ask a quick question and the lady on the phone kept saying "Bye, bye, bye," while I was trying to ask her a question. I don't ever feel welcome. They are blunt and don't care what you need. I have worked in multiple medical offices, so I understand how busy it can get, but their customer service is one of the most outrageous. Save your time and frustration and just go to a different office.

The other upsetting thing is that I followed all their instructions by drinking tons or water ahead of time. Then I was kept waiting over an hour past my appointment and I told the receptionist that I felt like my bladder wanted to explode and asked me how must sooner I would be seen. They ignored me and just kept telling me soon, soon. Thanks for the UTI.

Another time I went, I had drank over 2 liters of water, then when I went in to do the ultrasound, they don't me I didn't drink enough and told me to reschedule. I took off work for the appointment and asked if I could just wait another 30 minutes and try again. They have no empathy and just said "No, very busy. Go reschedule." I never want to go back and never wish this horrible place and their horrible customer service upon anyone.

My 2nd time here. I called last week to make an appointment and was told no appointment was needed. I stopped by that same day for an x-ray and was turned away because there were no more x-rays, even though they stop doing x-rays at 4:30pm (it was 11:30am). I was told to go to other affiliated offices, but they were done for the day or no x-ray tech was on site. I waited a week and arrived a little earlier. The office was full of people waiting and the line was short. I noticed they didn't have a sign up that said "no more x-rays" like they did last week. I was optimistic.
I was called up and this receptionist told me with an attitude informed me that I had to wait at least 2 hours to get an x-ray. I told her I had no other choice,, i don't live nearby and that this was absurd and they should do the appointment system. She claimed to not hear me and I told her again. She said they don't do appointments with an attitude. I asked for her name several times and one of those times claimed she didn't hear me and tossed a covid19 questionnaire at me without returning my insurance card or driver's license. I was livid and stepped out to fill out the questionnaire.
I went back inside and one of the tech workers came out and took my questionnaire and retrieved my insurance and DL. I don't live anywhere near the area and find it a waste of time being here when all they need to do is create an appointment system. It would run smoother and with less stress. I'm going to speak to my primary doctor and my insurance regarding this horrible place. I don't recommend them at all.

This place has very very very bad customer service. They refused to spend just a few more minutes to help me schedule my second appointment because they said they close at 5:30 pm and I need to call back tomorrow. They rushed us out of their facility at exactly 5:30 pm and I need another appointment with them. I got to their place at 5:20 pm. It took them almost 10 minutes to schedule 1 appointment, at 5:30pm, they asked us to leave and refused to schedule the second appointment. UNBELIEVABLE! This is the reason why so many gave them a rating of a big fat 1.
