Had the opportunity to use the upright MRI in Port St. Lucie. Needed a machine that would be able to show the pain while in a up right position.

I had 2 MRI laying down done in the past. When i heard about a upright I took the first chance to get an appointment. I was able to sit and they adjusted my posture so I would be comfortable during my exam. The exam took about 30 min and while in the machine I was able to watch tv. Yes I said it a TV.

After my exam my report was sent over to the doctor and they were able to find my concern. This was one of the best decisions I made.

Will tell people about the service ans the wonderful staff that Dr Goyal has.

Kudos to Donna in the Port Saint Lucie Billing Department!

I went to see Donna at the billing department to inquire about my bill. She not only helped me with my questions, but she also assisted in dealing with my insurance over the phone. This woman was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable of her work. If all employees were like Donna, what a difference this World would be! Whoever is reading this, please offer her my gratitude for having such great customer care!

Wholly unimpressed. Took ten minutes standing and waiting before anyone even showed face at the front desk to check us in. The room where the machine is basically doubles as storage, which was really strange and unprofessional. Then the icing on the cake is they refuse to answer any phone, including the doctor line. According to the Ortho nurse, they regularly have this issue with this facility. Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

A true, open, upright seated MRI. And the tech (young man) was really nice. He made it pleasant and kept me informed of how long each MRI would take (I had 4 done in one day). They offer a disc and for you to have a copy of reports, however you do need to call ahead and then pick those up personally. Definitely would use again.

I went in for a lung x ray for my doctor to determine if I need an asthma inhaler and they were absolutely amazing. Outstanding care. The waiting room was full and I was still in and out within 20 minutes, and that’s with doing paperwork and the X-ray. They were so polite and comforting. Highly recommend.

The most incompetent place business I have ever dealt with. Had to reschedule my appt three times due to them not being able to bill properly. Everyone has attitudes and unhelpful. Will never come here again!! They laugh at the issues they cause as it’s not time sensitive. Go across the street where you will be respected and billed correctly no questions asked

I wanted to give a big thanks and Praise to Lori. I went in on a Friday afternoon and there had been a bit of confusion/miscommunication with my order. She took the time to check my insurance and resolve the issue completely. During my experience with her she was the most professional and I could really sense her genuine caring and passion for what she does. I'm sure DRCTC realizes what an asset she is and I hope she will be acknowledged for extreme patient care and satisfaction. Thank you again.
