My experience for an adult ADHD assessment was positive from the beginning. I had previously been put off by another private company that didn't take into account the individual barriers I had to diagnosis, but I felt listened to and understood with Diverse Diagnostics. Communication before my assessment was great and staff were patient with keeping me on track for payments and appointments etc. My assessment itself with Dr Brown was particularly impressive, and I really felt listened to throughout. The report I received was very comprehensive. After care calls and communications thus far have also been fantastic as I work out the next steps. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a provider.

I had an ADHD assessment done with Dr Zimirski in December 2024. The written assessment had my name wrong throughout the whole report and recorded the incorrect diagnosis. The report was then sent to my GP without any opportunity for me to review first. A formal complaint was raised which was acknowledged but it’s quite frankly not good enough. Lazy work completed with no agency given to clients. They then agreed to follow up with my GP and ask for the initial report to be deleted because it was wrong, and never came back to confirm. It was like a revelation when they suggested giving patients a timeframe to review assessments. I can’t speak for the other psychiatrists but would avoid working with Dr Zimirski.

I am just starting my diagnosis journey and had emailed Diverse Diagnostics to get some information. I had a call from Cara, one of the psychologists, to do a free consultation to see if an assessment would be appropriate for me and if the clinic was a good fit for me. Cara immediately made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns. She was very friendly and kind and discussed my options without pushing me to take things further. I felt reassured and have now booked my assessment.

Edit. I received my ADHD diagnosis in October via Diverse Diagnostics. I have since been prescribed medication by one their psychiatrists and had follow ups with one of the specialist nurses. The service has been first rate and I can not recommend them more. Every member of staff I have spoken with when I called has been friendly and helpful. I’m delighted I chose them for my ADHD diagnosis.

The best thing I have done in years is contact this team to finally get an assessment for ADHD which I always knew I had.

Every person I spoke to was so professional and supportive. My first contact was Amy who turned out to be a star. The consultant was superb, and reminded me of a consultant I worked with.

Having now been diagnosed, I reflect on Amy's words, you can have a better quality of life. I left it so late and am now 67. Onwards and upwards.

I contacted diverse diagnostics a few months ago enquiring about getting my son assessed. I spoke to Thea who was so helpful and understanding! She took the time to explain to me the procedure, cost and much more. Thea also emailed me a copy of what we had discussed so I could read over it in my own time. I have now decided to go ahead with getting my son assessed. The reason I decided to go ahead with diverse diagnostics is because Thea took the time to explain everything to me and provided a fantastic service. The staff are incredibly patient and will take the time to go through everything with you and explain it all in detail. Thea is a fantastic asset to her team at diverse diagnostics! Thank you again.

The service that I received from Diverse Diagnostics was incredible. So quick & easy, and I felt so heard from even the first consultation. The assessment process was in-depth (but not difficult) and I was given the opportunity to add any additional information that hadn’t been covered as part of the formal assessment. The diagnosis was delivered within the timeframe quoted. Finally, my aftercare call with Kate was thorough and, again, I felt heard - I know if I had any issues, she would’ve delved into them and got me some support.
