Das Testkit von dnatest24.de kam zügig nach Bestellung an. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist verständlich. Die Proben wurden als Brief mit Einschreiben nach London versandt. Das die Proben nach GB verschickt werden müssen war vorger nicht erkennbar, funktionierte aber. Die Sendungsverfolgung funktionierte auch in Großbritannien. Die Untersuchungen dauerten bei mir etwas länger, als die angegebenen 7 Tage, da Halbgeschwister ohne Elternteil getestet wurden. Die telefonische Nachfrage funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Auskunft war verlässlich. Das Ergebnis war, inklusive Versand (7Tage) nach 18 Tagen da. Ich würde dort wieder Tests durchführen lassen.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Was told I could have an accurate test done at 7 weeks gestation so I booked for when I was 7 weeks. Had to give a £300 deposit which is fair enough, wasn't given any confirmation of payment or booking and in fact had no contact from this company until the nurse showed up half an hour late. When he did show up he was a lovely bloke, cheerful and a good sense of humour but he told us he was told to only test the mother. Now seen as it was a paternity test that seemed really odd to us, we knew who the mother was. We got him to test us both anyway as it looked like there had been a miscommunication.
A week later I've still had no contact from this company so I've rung up to check they've got the correct contact info, they did, and then they told me I still had the outstanding payment to complete so I paid that. I asked when the results would be ready and they said in roughly 10 days. Baring in mind they advertise 8 working days from the day of the test and it had been about week since I'd had it done.
A few days later I get a phone call saying they need to do a retest and there would be an additional charge for it but couldn't give me a reason why. Due to my personal circumstances I couldn't have a retest done and asked if I could just have the money refunded. I was told they had a no refund policy and the best they could do was offer a retest.
After fighting quite hard to speak to a manager who claimed they would have told me all of this before I paid the deposit and therefore they were going to keep my money and not give me the service I was charged for.
Eventually the manager told me she would listen to all the recordings of my calls to them that they had to determine whether I was given that information.
The next week I rang up again and she said she'd listened to most of the calls but was just waiting for one recording and would get back to me. She then rang me and said begrudgingly that "to avoid causing me anymore distress" they were going to refund my money.

AVOID this company, Had one email saying we will receive the results on the 29th November 2021, no email received so i phoned them again and apparently we will get them by 10pm still nothing. Rang this morning asking for a refund as ive had no results all i got was I'll request a refund for you. No apology or explanation! Dont waste your time and money!

Please answer me because it's now over one week that the lab in UK received my sample , they told me for the beginning that is 48hours after receiving.
Another point you people don't answer email and when I call I will have someone after a hour and he always told me that is not yet around .please to avoid any confusion and misunderstanding try to answer my email give me a feel back .
I appreciate your colleague in France he knows how to respond and confort someone so this 3 stars is for him I will still get back here .

Not happy! I called yesterday and was told the results would be ready today! Called early evening today and was told by 10pm tonight!!! NOTHING!!! So now we must wait until at least Monday to find out if our DNA matches that of a loved one!!!! Every single minute is difficult!!! Why not just say it could take longer and not get people treading on eggshells?

Shoddy service at beast! Emotional cruelty for sure!!!!!
