I was a patient of Dr. Eaton and Dr. Montgomery for over 30 years. I was happy for many years, and felt like I was treated "like family." However, in the last few years, they have become completely inflexible regarding payments (I do have dental insurance). Two years ago, after an unexpected $1400 procedure, I was told I would need to talk to the billing department, and could not make payments. This was despite my long history of always paying my bills and having insurance.
I've since moved on to Plum Grove dental. My family has had three appts, they have billed insurance and have not charged me yet. I feel like this practice has lost its mission of putting customers above profits.

Dr. Eaton and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Eaton sensed I had some anxiety about getting a root canal done and he suggested I wear head phones to listen to my music during the procedure. First dentist in 55 years that ever suggested this to me and boy did it help! He is super empathetic and genuinely concerned about the patient having a good experience. I highly recommend Dr. Eaton.

The office is good but comes with high price tag. The service is extremely expensive. I had a crown replaced. They charged me $2000. I had to pay out of pocket a lot after my insurance. The service is expected to be outstanding but my experience was awful.

The nurse who took the measurement for my new crown made a minor mistake and I suffered headache and couldn't chew food or even close my mouth completely for 2 days. They were closed for holiday. I couldn't bear it any more so, they directed me to the on call dentist rectified it.

Over all the staff and office are good but very very very expensive.

Probably the best dentist I've ever known. The location is not convenient for me, but the care is excellent, the staff is great, and he fixed my mouth after another dentist had ruined it. I would be willing to fly in from another state in order to be cared for by Dr. Eaton.

Dr. Eaton, Dr. Montgomery, the entire staff, and the technology are great. Their use of cameras and screens to show you the issues, the multiple checks for oral cancer, the gentle thorough cleanings and the nice dental work all make my family and I very happy customers.

Dr. Eaton is very professional and has provided me with excellent dental care including a bridge, several crown replacements, and a root canal. If you need a dentist in the Schaumburg area, I highly recommend that you consider Dr. Eaton.

Had to go in for an emergency visit and they got me in within an hour from when I called. Everyone there is so helpful and nice. They make sure you are comfortable while you’re there. Overall amazing service and would definitely recommend!
