Dr. Jo is an amazingly effective doctor. She is professional, yet personable, has a sense of humor and an innate ability to connect and understand you and your needs on a deeper and individual level. Dr. Jo genuinely cares, is empathetic and listens to my concerns, and also challenges me to think objectively.

Dr. Jo is extremely open minded and honest, and helps me find the types of solutions that work for me as a unique individual. She helped me find a place of calm and peace while processing some trauma and grief, all the while dealing with a terribly hostile work environment. She helped me so much in the past, that now—ten years later, I have sought her help again—this time for support with balancing an adult relationship while being a stay-at-home mom to a toddler.

Dr. Jo is just an all-around wonderful human being and an extremely effective therapist. (She even offered to work with me again, despite that I’m in a different state this time, and her services are not covered by my insurance.)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jo. Hands down, she is an 11/10!! I highly recommend her to my family and friends, and anyone seeking some help working through any types of issues that human life throws at us!
