This diagnostic centre is well located near Mithai wala chauraha. Place is spacious and Dr Saumya Singh is a good radiologist but the overall management is poor. They make you wait for hours inspite of taking prior appointment. Receptionist also don't have any idea when your appointment will come. Unnecessary lazy behaviour of staff and unhygienic testing method.

सबसे घटिया डॉक्टर, यह डॉक्टर केवल मरीजो को लूटती है, मरीजों की जान से खिलवाड़ करती है Maine pathri ke liye 24.12.2024 ko ultra sound krwaya tha, aur aap report dekh sakte hai is world class diagnostic mai report normal aai hai. 10 din baad maine hospital mai test krwaya jiski report maine upload ki hai. Mujhe 2 pathri nikli, 10 din ke ander 2 pathri nikalna according to doctor impossible hai, galti jo hai great doctor saumya ji ki hai, jo paise kmane ke liye marijo ki jaan se khilwad kr rhi hai, jabki maine btaya bhi tha ki mujhe back mai pain hota hai.

Despite taking prior appointment and being assured by the receptionist that the doctor would see me in 30 mins, I had to wait for more than 2 hours. The fee is as high as ₹800 but the services aren't worth ₹80. Dr Amit Singh prioritises patients based on their status. It doesn't matter if you have taken prior appointment. You'll have to wait if any VIP comes 🤡. He needs to take classes on medical ethics.
WILL NEVER VISIT THIS CLINIC AGAIN.

When I called in the morning, I was told that the test will be done and after reaching there, I was told that the test will be done today, but if the regular test is to be done, it will not be done as the doctor is not there.
You can also tell this on call.
The patient gets upset.

Pathetic human, she's been into the industry of medical since years and still zero morals for patient. Rude and arrogant, commission based ethics.

You don't have reply option or else I would have responded to you on the same.

Commision based ethics you have of being rude and arrogant to patients and their family.

If a patient is asking for suggestions, then give them a good suggestion. And if you can't then tell them politely about the same.

The concerned was your arrogant behaviour!!

They make you wait just because they want to show crowd at their clinic to the public. There is no use to book appointment because you still have to wait more than 30 mins even after taking appointment and reaching on time.
